        Osho Miasto

There are not great Photos in this trip there are two reasons
        1. I sold my complete photographic Gear to finance for the bike. All the pictures were taken with a small system camera.
        2. During my ride, stopping for photographs, were much like a disturbance.

I love Europe so i like this post and i'm replying here. You said you sold your camera and other photographic equipments for financing the bike , but if it is so then how can you get such beautiful and nice clicks.A small system camera is not that can get such beautiful pictures. Btw do all KTM bikes sold in Europe come without fuel indicator, or was it only the 990 Adventure S.thank you very much, just love the pictures and do keep them coming .

            @ Siddhant

I like photography. With a DSLR, one has the option to play with the DOF, Apperture, Shutter speed, exposure & ISO. I didnt had a DSLR for this trip. I used a Sony NEX 5 Compact system camera.
All the 990 Adventures dont have fuel indicators. I think the new 1190 Adventure has a board computer. But i dont know about the other models.

            After 3 days of Meditation

Being in the commune was really a stress buster. I had all the peace that i needed. Three days went like minutes. All the days with different kinds of meditation, music, dance, live music and so on. I enjoyed every minute of it.

At my first day, I met an Indian named Prarthana in her 40s settled in Italy. She invited me to her house in Sangimniano. As i had no plans, I accepted her invitation.
I left Osho Miasto half hearted and left to Sangimniano. Its one of the small town in the region of Tuscany like siena and chianti. This region is also famous for its wine.

It was just a 70 km ride from the commune. she was so kind to let me pitch my tent in her garden. Later that day she showed me around Sangimniano. It was an old town with small streets and lots of tourists around.

She introduced me to Reno Schulz, a German settled in Italy. As i do speak German, we chatted for a while. He played some music from his own composition to celebrate my new sanyasin. It was really a honor. I never had a privilege of listening to a private concert. Later that day we met again for dinner. He has attended workshops with Hariprasad Chaurasia and he told his experiences with him. Then we discussed about the music of Ilayaraja.

next stop is the City of renaissance --- Florence to be continued.

              The City of Florence

For the Next day I left the bike at prarthana’s house and I took a train to florence. It was just a day visit. It was just to have a look at the city architecture. Florence is a very famous place and many artists, sculpture have lived in this city like Da Vinci, Micheal Angelo and so on.
But to explore the whole city, it may take more than 3 days. I just did the main stuff just for a day. But some time have to go there again.

Few pics from the City of Florence

                Pisa

From Sangimgnano I headed towards Pisa. I tried to avoid the highways. I took only the small country roads. Riding on a highway is the most boring part of a ride. But I did it sometimes, when I had more than 600 Kms to ride for a day.

The way to Pisa was very beautiful with lots of Wineyards. Enjoyed a lot riding through small villages in Italy. I reached Pisa, Parked the bike in front of a hostel and requested them to have a look now & then. A traveler with Motorbike is always welcomed by everyone.

I visited the Leaning tower of Pisa, again packed with 1000s of Tourists. After taking few pictures, I spent couple of hours to look the architecture. Later I laid myself in the lawn with a map and looked for the next destination.

As it was very hot, I decided to go to a beach on the west coast of Italy and chose Orbetello as my destination

                      Farm, Beach & Camping

I headed from Pisa to Orbetello for the night. I was so lucky to find the camping place in a farm. The beach was only 400 m from the farm. I decided to stay for 2 nights.

They were farming different kinds of Melons, Tomatoes and some vegetables. I pitched my tent and cooked some dinner. I met the farm owner next day morning and asked , if he could show me around his farm and he accepted. He couldn't speak English, But that was not much of a problem. I volunteered myself to work in the farm for 3 hours a day. My job was to cut down the dead fruits from the plants. In return I didn't had to pay for the camping.

After work spent couple of hours in the Beach.

After 2 nights, I got Bored and I headed to another beach which was 100 Km from Orbetello. Stayed in the camping villages for couple of nights.

Once Again the same Question -- Where Next??

                      I had 2 options

1 Ride upto BARI ( South East of Italy ) and take a ferry to Dubrovnik Croatia.
                      2. Ride upto Ancona ( East of Italy) and take a ferry to Split or Zadar in Croatia.

Ride to Bari, I have to take the Highway. So I dropped the option of riding on the Highway and decided to head to Ancona. It was 370 Kms from the Beach where i was staying. So from west coast to East coast I rode across all the small Villages and small country roads and reached Ancona around 16.00 Hrs.

I Still had 4 Hours to kill and was also excited to be on a cross country ferry ( I have never been on a Ferry before)

                          Ferry to Croatia

I reached the ferry terminal and bought the ticket to Split in Croatia. I have been only camping all the time, since I left home. There were too much insect bites all around my body. The last camping place was the worst of it all. Unfortunately it was the expensive one too.
In the ferry a single cabin was 120 € and for a pushback seat it was 95€. I needed some bed and little bit of comfort. So I decided to book the cabin.
As I mentioned earlier, it was my first cross country ferry. It will take 10 hours to reach Croatia. I was excited.
I met few travelers at the waiting area. Later it was time to Board the ferry. Got my passport and documents stamped by the border control and I was the first person inside the ferry. Parked my Bike and headed towards the reception. Refreshed and I was going all around the ship like a small kid in a toy shop. After 20 minutes, there was nothing much left in the ferry to see. So I went to the deck grabbed a Beer and enjoyed the view from the ferry. Later I met the other 3 bikers from Germany and went on drinking beer. They wanted to go to the casino in the ferry. I needed a good sleep and I went to bed
