                Austria 1

As i mentioned earlier, the weather was too bad during the last days of my ride. throughout the day I was riding in rain. I had a rain gear but I didn't had a good weather proof gloves and heated grips. The wind was freezing cold. I had to stop every 50km and warm my hands with the hot air from the silencer exhaust.
After crossing the Austrian Border, i had to cross heavy thunder storms for a while. I was freezing with the cold wind. I stopped for the night at Badwaltersdorf, a small village wit natural hot water springs. Its a SPA village. I found a camping place and pitched the tent. Luckily it was not raining till i pitched my tent. later again it started to rain again all the night. That evening i went to the natural hot water spring and just stayed in the hot water for 2 hours.

                      Where Eagles Dare

Thanks mate..... I didn't had a good camera to take more pics and during the last days it was raining all the day. Couldn't take much.

I hope most of us, would have watched Alistair Maclean's Where Eagles Dare atleast once. On the way to zell am see, I visited the castel. In the movie this castel is featured as Schloss Adler. But the rope car scenes were shot at other place near by the castel. The castel is called Burg Hohenwerfen.

Visited the castel and later camped at zell am see
