@ winzee and spiderweb
for you my friends
Ab meri bhi thodi help kardo
@ spidy
dont know if its sport demon . But for traction and grip its always Pirelli
.
Or try and get hold of bridgestone batlax . Many guys who could really afford it go for it . But i really dont know where to find them . According to what I have read , Racers do use them on tracks in India . But they may wear out more earlier , but then i havent used any pirelli or batlax so dont know whats the comparo and how long they last . Take others advise also
Hope that helpsHope is a good thing ,

^^^thx for the info dude.
I checked 3 Bridgestone shops, no one keeps it, but MRF n other local brands.
Pirelli is best if you want traction control, yes agreed 100%. Its the official tyre for WSBK Racing.
@WINZEE & RAZOR: Here's wot Outworldly found for us, by xbhp'ian GoGreen...
How to convert from 1 Nomenclature to another
3.00 18
Tyre width 3 Inches, Sidewall height 100% = 3 inches, Rim size 18 inch.
1 inch = 25.4 mm
Therefore
25.4 X 3 / 25.4 X 3 18
76.2/76.2 18
Rounded off 75/75 18.
*************************
Convert 100/90 18 to other nomenclature
Since the sidewall height is 90 % in this size and it is considered 100 % in other nomenclature, there cannot be a conversion, but tyre size would be close to
3.93 Inches tyre width/ 3.53 Inches Sidewall height
( 1mm = .0393 inches )
So that means wot we saw at Sign tyres was a 75/75 18.

but do u think my 4.00-18 M45 (the current rear tyre on my bike) is 101/101*18?

i don't think so man! it looks huge ain't it?A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith, and use up a lot of fuel.
Always be ready (get geared) to fall and then think of sitting on the motorcycle.

Yes buddy, there was a tyre size conversion chart link posted earlier.Originally posted by onlinesatish View PostYeah....from what i have heard from the tyre guys is that 3.00 is equal to 90/90
I will reiterate:
2.75/18" will correspond to 80/90/18"
3.00/18" will correspond to 90/90/18"
Going by that logic:
3.25/18" should correspond to 110/90/18"
3.5/18" should correspond to 120/90/18"
3.75/18" should correspond to 130/90/18"Quench my thirst with gasoline!

eg. 80/90x18" & 75/100x18" in terms of 100 thickness but mostly we use 90 thickness.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Agreed bro...but where do we find tyres with 100 thickness&75 section?Originally posted by prafultripathy View PostMore or less the same is not the exact size, rite?
Use the convertor in the link I have posted find the exact sizes!
We need to map these charts to our existing market options to have the closest match.
Edit: I found the chart: Now let us compare so that finally some good comes out of this for whoever is gonna buy!

Gyaani janoOriginally posted by hrsraghav View PostAnother issue which troubles a lot is, whenever there is some slightly uneven road in longitude direction, and bikes run on it, the road tends to push away the bike away. Or if some ridge is there, instead of riding straight the bike tend to go inside that ridge.
earlier the bike use to simply ride normally, without geting swayed from its track.
Is it because of tyre only, or sometihng to with alignment of wheels or some bearing wearing.
Please put some light on this issue.
