The thing here is not considering them as sportsbikes, the REASON i use fully synthetic oils is that i dont prefer changing oils once every month as i have quite busy schedule and i prefer longer drain intervals (say 4000-4500 kms) and moreover i hope you did not notice the feel of synthetic oil.
Coming to the feel of conventional oils, they give a quite harsh feel in around 400-500 kms.
Semi synthetics on the other side are much better than minerals but fully synthetics are best in feel and protection too.
Everyone have their GENUINE reason behind using synthetic stuff.
I quoted my reason.
Hope you got me. Coming to benefits, i have a book in my home about synthetic oil vs conventional oils.
What book is that BTW? Just curious!

Cheers!

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

My Oil history: After I got my brother's Unicorn.
Veedol Super Swift(3000kms), CPR14T(8000kms), MOTUL 300V 10w40(3000kms), 15w50(2500kms), Shell Mineral(200kms), ELF(5000kms), Gulf20w40 (800kms), Gulf 10w30(600kms), SHELL(6000kms), SHELL(5500kms), Honda Oil (400kms), ELF(6000kms), Valvoline Premium 4T(2400kms), DELVAC 1300(2100kms), CPR14T(700kms and going on)

Anybody please don't simply rule out advantages of Fully Synthetic oils just like that. If you observe my Oil history - I had drained Shell Mineral with in 200kms, Gulf Minerals with in 800kms, 600kms, Honda Oil with in 400kms. Why? Am I rich? Definitely not even close to feeling rich; I dont give value to money? NO, I take the life out of oil before draining it---After experiencing the goodness of the synthetics I couldn't stand the minerals in terms of smoothness, response. I don't know about the theory or science behind synthetics but they definitely have advantages over minerals.

Sorry it's in Hindi. Castrol doing engine for free in Delhi just bought the oil from them or bring your oil to them and they will do the flushing for free.

Another marketing tactic.. First, it takes your old oil from you. which after some days come back again in fresh Castrol bottles. Second, it fills Castrol in your bikes engine. Ek teer say do nishaanay!!

Castor oil is any day better than Castrol.. ...on other note it seems Mobil 10W30 has suited my extreme pretty well . Gear shifts are smooth and engine noise is reduced. It is a very nice mineral oil , go for it .

I am using Mobil 1 10W40 4T Fully synthetic oil in my xtreme. I swear, this is the best oil I have came across in my life. While riding at 40km/hr I could realize that my engine is running by looking at the tachometer. The engine has become super quiet as if no friction is taking place inside. It cost me 800 bucks though the MRP is 850. I would suggest you to shift to mobil 1 fully synthetic and feel the difference.
If you worried about falling off the bike, you'd never get on.

Its not Mobil 1 its just Mobil . Its makes a lot of impact, mobil 1 is car specific oil.

junaid12345678 800rs per litre of engine oil is bit expensive for me as i am a student so you know the pain , but yeah i will give it a try , i will try semi synth by shell first. i read some where that fully synthetic can cause leakage if engine isn't bed properly , so i will run mineral for 6-7k then shift to semi and after 10k to full synth.
