Hi all, I am looking for a Veedol Swift 4T semi syn oil in Blore for my RTR. Does anyone know of a dealer for this oil. Please help.. have been running around the of Blore South for this.

@Naren, is it the Veedol Super Swift synthetic blended 10W40 you are looking for. BTW How long does it last?

Yes tom... it lasts for 3-3.5k kms on my RTR even after good regularly ripping. The reason i am looking for it is its good VFM.

Tried Veedol Super swift, not very impressed with this oil. Previous About Motul 5100 15w50 Semi-synthetic Oil was much much better in smoothness of engine. Would recommend Motul anyday compared to Super swift for Fiero F2s.

Engine oil help for 180 UG3

Guys I have been running on Motul 300V for the past 6 months or 3000kms. I'm looking forward to downgrading from Motul since I felt it caused ample amount of clutch slippage on the UG3. It's very hot here in Kolkata around 40-43 degrees. The engine is heating up too fast since its running a little low on oil. I need to change the engine oil tomorrow. It's kinda urgent - which is the best oil to go for which will keep the engine cool and not result in clutch slippage?

How many kms has ur bike done?

Clutch slippage might also be due to burnt clutch plates! Motul 300V is known to be very good and it keeps the engine cooler than any other oil.

U can continue with 300v itself IMO.

BTW there is no other Fully synthetic xW50 oil available off the shelf AFAIK

Maybe u can give Motul 5100?Valvoline Premium 4T a try. They both are SS and suitable for the 180.

A good Semi Synthetic alternative

Never heard of this or seen it anywhere

In India 30004T is available only in 20W40 AFAIK.

Guess it is Motul 5100 15W50. Very good Semi synthetic, better than Valvoline Premium 4T!
