been running on the 400 bucks yamaha lube for the first three oil changes. Am planning to get the tappet adjusted and the oil changed on my R15.

Which rating oil would be best for it ( synthetic ) from motul? and how much should i pay?? ill be going in 3 hours or so to check.

I am using yamaha lube semi-syn version for my FZ16... it clocked 15500 till date... its far better than the mineral oil, coz with a service period of 3000kms i feel after 1500 kms the mineral oil will loose its strength but semi-syn is more good even after 2500 kms, engine is more relaxed and gear box will also be smooth...
if you prefer a Fully syn version then i would say motul is better... but i say yamalube semi-syn is more than enough... its up to you...

i checked, they just have the 5100 semi synthetic. And the chain clean and chain lube, but they will give complete cartons only for the sprays.

No confirmation on the 300v, though they said by next month they might get some. The mrp is 697/-
