If you open the pic fully, you can see the visor has some small markings on the side, which I've highlighted in red, which states when it must be used (i.e. daylight use only for not tinted, and daylight for tinted ones) and other certifications. It is common in almost even Vega helmets, which I had.

It is embossed and printed on the visor itself.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

@all, amongst kbc and sparx which is more VFM ? all i know is kbc follows snell as well thus they are heavier then sparx.
I got it from Helmet Paradise near Urvashi Theatre Bangalore. Highly unprofessional guys including the owner Ramesh. I don't why they were not happy selling me a KBC/Sparx and instead pushing me to buy LS2. I understand LS2 is a good brand but i am not sure where it is manufactured. These guys were telling me that LS2 are imported from china and i read that these are manufactured in india by vega. They also said they are owners of performance racing mumbai. I don't know the truth. Hence planned not to buy LS2. They had only one KBC helmet and 3 Sparx. Sparx were all in black colour. Sparx were a bit light in weight and looked a little small when compared to KBC. Sparx is a bit more VFM as starting price is 5K as i have not seen any KBC in the similar range (i could be wrong).

      @VJ,
      I will check and update.

Owners of PRS, total bull****! Man it's like that 5-Star ad Rameeesh-Sureeesh! Why in the world the owners leave PRS and come and sell SparX and others in another pro forma showroom. These HP guys might be sourcing some helmets from PRS and they've just blooped themselves stating they're the owners, in response they'd get even more baits. Phew!

Secondly, the reason they are planning to push LS2 is they get more profits from LS2 than the branded ones. Simple!

There isn't anything to "bwahahaha" bro. I agree it made me convulse either.

But it's just he isn't in the know and at least he's kind enough to post his views/experience unbiased.

You should have actually gone through the posts a bit more carefully. I highlighted the part which was claimed by the above mentioned store, and not what the person posted here.
Let's get back to the topic at hand, rather than nitpicking, shall we?

Oh boy, I knew it would come to this. Phew! Even I read about, the store part, which made me convulse. But, your temperament was just a casual one, I have nothing to argue with it. All I wanted was not to hurt the poor guy who posted.

You still didnt get it, did you? My post wasnt directed at the member in any way. I was merely mocking the store owner's claims. Gawd, how do small irrelevant posts become a topic of discussion.

And I'm sure if anyone is offended, he/she will bring it up, isnt it? Lets just sit back and contribute rather than snowball stuff.

I knew that these small shop owners cannot be owner's of PRS. These guy's are like road side chai-wala and PRS are like 5 star owners. I just wanted to bring it out so that other fellows should not buy LS2 instead of Sparx/KBC/SOL. They said SOL is crap and is not safe (i started laughing). They did show me a SOL helmet's inner lining, cheek pads and told LS2 is far superior in quality. Poor guys are not aware of stregth or build quality of the SOL's shell. I did not wanted to argue further and asked them to bill me for KBC as some how i liked graphics.

I did ask for discounts saying that its a premium product and i should be offered something for a good will gesture (actually wanted to know margins from their mouth), then came the truth that they stock these premium helmets only for name sake and they earn like 300 to 400 from these. But in LS2 they have margins upwards of 1000 and hence they push for LS2 ( i got to know from other source).

I would suggest people to decide a helmet and just go and buy if it is available with them. Do not listen to their crap stories. I don't have any personal grudge against them but just wanted to highlight for the benefit of other members. I seriously think of kicking on their A*S. If i was not aware of helmets i would have bought LS2 or even Vega.

One more funny part was they said LS2 protects upto 200KMPH+ as it had a sticker of ECE 22.05

Long story short, as I've been reiterating day and night. As rightly said, the decision in ultimately ours in deciding which to go for. People, always talk into believing something that's always in favor for them, which is the law of business.

But that being said, perceiving factor is completely upto individual choices.

I did not check model numbers as all of them were in black colour and i had no intentions to buy one in black. They looked a bit small and light compared to KBC.

Most visors carry certain codes regarding manufacturing details embossed on the plastic of the visor itself in minute lettering. I know how to read some of them, so just wanted to see what was printed on yours.

Performance Racing is NOT owned by Helmet Paradise. In fact Helmet Paradise is a reseller for PRS. SPARX is actually a sub-brand of the KBC Corp. It was launched as a budget lineup to be sold at a lower price point to KBC.

SOL has a policy of limited distribution to eliminate middle men and control costs. Each territory has only one authorised reseller who in turn can appoint retailers. I know for a fact that Helmet Paradise tried very hard to get SOL distribution but was rejected in favour of his arch-rival, Megha Enterprises. Obviously he's upset at being unable to sell such a fast moving and well received product and therefore trying to damage the brand by spreading falsehoods - very unprofessional as you have correctly stated and a sign of desperation as the brand continues to grow on the strength of its proven quality. Unfortunately for him, thousands of satisfied and happy SOL owners say otherwise and his malafide comments and actions ultimately serve no end beyond making him look foolish.
