i just saw a vega helmet with dot certification for just rs 1970,is it really Dot certified?

Does SOL have required ventilation for FOG and or rain. ..is it all season?

The SOL hemet comes with about eight vents if not more, AFAIK they are meant for air circulation for cooling, about fogging well thats a problem a lot of us face, no matter the brand. There is a separate thread with discussions on the matter.

I didn't quite get what you meant by ventilation for rain, well if ur concern is as to rainwater seeping in, then I got an answer. Just rode in heavy rain yesterday and had no seeping issues at all, all vents were closed at tht time and visor was up by a notch. And yeah the LEDs were on and seems like they are water resistant too

Such type of posts from your siude really defeats the purpose of any newbie posting on this site looking for information. It is just not possible to read the 1100+ pages that this thread is running into.

LOL,,, innocent one.... No one's to be blamed here, Sir. It is just that sometimes it feels irritating to keep posting the same shop, address, brands repeatedly especially when there is a "search thread" option on RHS top. If one spends quality time on the forum, he/she can easily figure out the same. Anyways, don't dishearten yourself. (I myself had a bad day today but thanks to xBhp, I am cheering comrades in different threads)

Well a forum like xBhp is supposed to help people and share information. And not all can be expected to achieve high level of prowness when they are just starting out. It is not a tribe of a informed few or a matter of spoon feeding. If you can't help them positively it would be better to avoid posting sarcastic comments. I feel this might be useful for city commutes especially where there's a lot of dust/pollution, for both bikers and cyclists.

If anyone has used such a product can you please comment on ease of use, effectiveness and durability?
