I had no idea about Bluedio so I got portronics and it's working fine with both Android and iOS.

    What does it do?
It does nothing but helps me to reach destination without halting the bike, removing gloves and checking directions again and again after every turn.
Buddy, forgot to ask, planned to make it water-proof ? If yes, what do you have in mind ?

Five days back I rode 28kms in rain with visor down. It was all dry when I reached home. In case you're concerned about damages from rain or theft, just stick it out from the helmet. I used double-sided adhesive tape for the purpose.
      Helmet I'm using: LS2 Phobia FF350

^^^ newrider,,, try 'search this thread' option, most yield good results.

What were you searching btw? - Good helmets, better helmets & best helmet will not fetch solid results. Try using keywords like name, brand, model etc. Hope this helps and take things in constructive sense.

              All the best.

Received my SF1 a few days back after a wait of over three months. Had booked it with Meandering India , Delhi. This is my first proper helmet, so don't have any references to compare with. Though I've been riding for over eight years, never really used a helmet; as I come from a place where no one uses one.

The lid feels quiet sturdy and well built, the visor opens and shuts with a solid feel. Though the operation of the sliding shades and air vents could have been better. The dual visor has a pretty clear visibility; when closed, it feels as if it is not there at all. Field of vision is also better than what I had expected. Only wind noise I face is when I'm not looking straight ahead. Whenever I turn my face to look in the RVM or the views, I hear a slight whistling noise. But I've somehow started liking it. It acts as a warning for me to look in front. The rear LEDs work as desired and look pretty awesome. The lid is quiet heavy, but I've not faced any issues with that as yet.

Tested for stability upto 160kmph, it was well planted on my head, and my head was somehow planted on my shoulders. I got a pretty snug fit for a size "M" and I'm very happy with it. The size charts worked for me and should work for others too.

One thing I would like to suggest everyone is to buy a snug fit helmet, any brand you buy. A loose helmet is as good as a loose condom, or a used one for that matter. It would do no good when you hit the spot.

And thanks everyone for helping me choose my protection.

Which helmet is good for yellow dio? .. and how to get size chart .. i tried fast track it was loose .. they have only L.. they don't have M.. where can i get size chart.. a budget is 2-3K

Mate IMHO you need to focus on a good helmet for your HEAD.

Colour is secondary, you can always look at customizing your lid to suit your ride. With the budget that you have mentioned I would suggest that you have a look at a models by LS2 , Cross and for a little more, the new MT helmets.

Based on your location you might also be able to get the older model Daijyas for a little over 3k, they are a little heavy but definitely better many other helmets.

P.S: for your sake and for that of those who care about you, please stay away from fast track helmets.

First impression is it is not very different from LS2 design wise, has one vent near chin and two at the top but the helmet shape is much more aerodynamic.
But the amount of protection offered is more than LS2 I believe as it has both DOT and ECE certifications.

Since this helmet has chin cover at the bottom, very less air leaks inside and this is quite handy in dusty environments or in cold mornings.

Best part is the price as it is conveniently in between LS2 and SOL while offering similar protection levels as SOL (If I am not wrong). Paid 3950 + 500 (Tinted visor) in total.

The fit is very snug, have to get used to it. There was no M size, only L but they will provide tighter padding if you need. I found it extremely tight and hence opted for normal padding.

Here is pic of the helmet, there are lots of designs to choose from and it can be a bit confusing

@Sunnyside_up! I have two queries for you, why does googling MT Axxis result in Shox axxis helmets? Is it rebranded as MT for India? And also the visor is a direct fit from Cross helmets (which is a good thing as it costs 500/-) but why do they both have same design?
Hey it look grt. Wanna buy this. Can u help me out on this.

The safety is first and colour secondary, i was lucky i found the MT BRAKING helmet in the red that suits my bike, but i was looking at the MT solely for its DOT certification, as the famous saying goes, got a 5$ head get a 5$ helmet. Full face is the only way to go and style has to come secondary !

If you write incomplete information how would we know. If SPG has said that they have sent it , then just wait for them to arrive hear. You need to keep visiting them or buy it directly from SPG Chennai.
