Mate IMHO you need to focus on a good helmet for your HEAD.

Colour is secondary, you can always look at customizing your lid to suit your ride. With the budget that you have mentioned I would suggest that you have a look at a models by LS2 , Cross and for a little more, the new MT helmets.

Based on your location you might also be able to get the older model Daijyas for a little over 3k, they are a little heavy but definitely better many other helmets.

P.S: for your sake and for that of those who care about you, please stay away from fast track helmets.

MT is a new brand, bought to India by SPG which is a very well known name to Bikers.

Why do I get a feeling that you WANT to buy the fast track helmet

Anyways a lot of people have taken the pain of repeatedly letting you know why not to buy it, go back some pages (20-30) and I have written a little more on why not to buy it.

Hope you can sort your priorities and buy something that you like and your head shall like too

Dude, cooling system or not, most hellmets have this, the MT I can vouche for I've done round about 3500 kms so far in less than a month with it in rain and shine. Go for it. Stop looking for a matching color over safety. It not worth the chance you wanna take with your brain being splattered all over the pavement.

Does the size of the Outer shell of the helmet vary with the size specification - S/M/L or only the inner paddings do ?

Full face. Doesn't matter if you look like a dope or not. once you take the helmet off you should be recognisable, Style is secondary as we all have said before bro, but full face , LS2 has a bad ass looking Supra model in yellow

STTTTTAAAAHHHHHHPPPPPPPPPPPPP. Most current visors have UV protection, the LS2 comes tinted with UV protection. Stop, THinkig About Fast Track, they are just trying to make some cash.

This varies from brand to brand, some helmets have the same shell size and varied padding size and some have varied shell size for all sizes (I read somewhere that this is the case in Shoei helmets)

IIRC a few pages back [MENTION=29015]Sunnyside_up![/MENTION] Mentioned that shell size for MT M and L size helmet is same and for XL it is different. I am not sure if this is the case for SOL too.

I think shell sizes for all LS2 are same and only padding size varies as I have seen the padding being interchanged in a M to XL/L for the fit

This is Standard in most helmets today
