i myself bought a dragon for rs 3000,the range starts from rs 3000 itself,yes they have the above mentioned models and on their facebook page they have put up the graphics which they have in stock

Will have to findout about spares buddy. AFAIK Bike transfer is possible via residence to residence transfer & once bike is in India the owner cant/should not sell it for atleast 2years!
