How is the fogging during the rainy/winter season?

Last of all is there any specific model I should be looking for or are all the shells the same?

    - Wind noise will will depending on head shape, rider height, type of bike (cruiser/sports/commuter) and speed. That said, the Blade model in my opinion is the quietest of the three models launched. I recommend ear plugs for any and every helmet, especially long rides.
    - padding is moisture wicking and very plush
    - multiple shell sizes, so you should get your proper fit
    - does fog like every other helmet but not unbearably. However Pin-lock anti-fogging visors will be available soon for all models.
    - three models are currently available. The AXXIS and Revenge, which are sports helmets, narrow fit and aerodynamically contoured. The Blade is a more general purpose and rounded shape. My personal favourite is the Blade.

Got to agree with Sunny uncle on all the points and I used the helmet in the rain as well (both the blade and the axxis) and both kept my head dry as a bone. Blade has almost no wind noise at 80 but does creep in past 100. Visibility is real good in both padding on the blade is a step ahead when compares to the Axxis. And the fogging during rain isn't that bad, but in the rain the Axxis used to leak water through the seems of the visor but this isn't present on the Blade when I say leak I mean on or two drops would roll down the inside of the visor when sitting in traffic and just getting pelted never when moving.

Silva sir, thank you for taking the time to reply to my post, we met at Kari, I crashed the CBR :/

I was waiting for the MT GP series to come down to Hyderabad, Dynamic riders which stocks the MT helmets here has not received them as yet. Can you let me know if that would be a good investment considering that I head to the track once in awhile?

Is this because the visor doesn't sit flush with the rubber beading or is it because the rubber beading isn't fixed properly?

Could you help me with a little more information on the MT

Model in use, duration of the ownership, and the fit. My main concern is the padding going too flat too soon. how is the wind noise.
Owned the MT AXXIS Limited Evo White helmet. Fit was very good indeed, but again, was upto my expectations on the move, wind noise curbed very well, audible annoying noise upwards for 100+. But sold it for another one.

Leaks in helmet can be caused only due to two reasons, poor rubber beading seal and or worse case, improper shell design itself. If you'll look closely, you can clearly see the rubber beading syncing in with the rubber beading. If you see visible gaps or if the curvature of the visor doesn't sync with the shell then you definitely have a faulty helmet in your hands.

But the MT I owned didn't have any leak issues, though it fogs teeny tiny as usual. But all in a very good budget helmet.

          Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

The MT Revenge GP's are the only 5-Star SHARP rated helmets sold in India to my knowledge at this time. You can go for it eyes closed. Dealers stock according to demand, so if you want something, poke your local reseller.

            • Suggestion regarding buying helmet

So i want to buy a helmet of price range Rs. 3k-5k, as I got my first bike just 2 days back (Honda cbr 150r). Excluding brands like studds and vega any other good brands with good certification? I heard of LS2, SOL, MT, CROSS, THH etc. Please suggest some good helmet based on the looks, the comfort, and any other factors that you guys know off. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you, I think I need to bug Varun a little more to get the stock in hand or could you please send in a few helmets to Dynamic Ryderz in Hyderabad, I will be more than willing to buy you Biryani the next time you are in Hyderabad.

Does the Revenge GP come with a drop down sun visor like the Blade or is that is something that is specific to the Blade alone?

Blade only, plus the Revenge GP would look mad with the iridium visor on it

I have a Blade and an Axxis, the axxis and the revenge are more tapered design and mainly for highspeed and track applications the blade is a more touring and all round helmet

                            Hi,
I'm looking for a xxxl size helmet (Full face). I havn't been able to find the size anywhere in India (Online). Can anyone please help me with this?

I'm planning to get one from UK as the size is availble there. I want to know if someone is bringing that helmet for me, do they have to pay any duties. They will be bringing that as luggage.

                            Appreciate any inputs.

I have started wondering if I'm the only one with a big head in the entire country?

Not while riding. I wear small cloth that is wrapped on head, however due to my hair, the xxxl size helmet is required. I have a pretty big body frame as well.
