Personal example: Me and my friend had gone to buy Daijya....bcoz of the non-availability of the size L...what that guy did was he put extra padding on the XL size helmet and made it an L as the size of the shell was similar for both L and XL sizes.

I know atleast these two international brand which offer flipups model.
A kolkata xbhpian terminatorpaul has bought KBC FFR Modular which is a flipup model.

My dear friend Inder, Int'l brands DO have flip-ups (oops, hadn't read the new posts above)with inner goggles like the Boolean. I saw one in a pic as well, infact It looked exactly like the Boolean. As for other brands KBC and Sparx do have flip-ups(i dnt knw about the inner goggle part) Sparx has one that retails for 15k
