Re: Helmets
Thanks for the Vega axor suggestion. All I wanted was a good helmet exceeding Isi standards. Axor just does that .Originally posted by deepakshankar View PostJags no manufacturer would like to produce a defective products since its mechanized certain lots at times get faulty and companies call them back rectify/replace so based on such things you cant say a certain company/product is bad.Vega Axor is a good lid get it and safe driving
. Regarding manufacturers, Bajaj knows every pulsarian has complained about poor parts and built quality, but they are too stubborn to rectify it. Putting more spark plugs doesn't make a product maintenance free, quality does that. Hope u agree with me

Re: Helmets
Yes U did bro. Thing is that I personally don't like Isi standard, cause our law just make standards but don't abide it . so in search of something better I ran into an explanation of non tested isi products might not be that good as with the dot counterparts. I have an MT and it's really good. However, if the HJC fits in your budget, that's a better buy any day.Originally posted by demortion View PostI want to buy a new helmet in 6-8k, few options available like hjc rc2 or mt lineup which one currently I have ls2Ride more, browse less.

How would you compare with a LS2?Originally posted by anilp View PostI have an MT and it's really good. However, if the HJC fits in your budget, that's a better buy any day.
Thinking about getting one LS2 or MT Axis .
Saw a MT axis of an another xbhpian but it looks little cheap to my eyes when compared to similar priced LS2 especially the padding (when compared to similarly used LS2).
What about Revenge?
I am getting LS2 through authorised reseller which I checked through laxmi automobiles website so no worries for a fake one .

Re: Helmets
I found MT to be much better than the LS2. I have the MT Revenge and it's brilliant on highways. Absolute value for money.Originally posted by Giftonsamuel View PostHow would you compare with a LS2?

Re: Helmets
Have anyone of you used 'Cirus HS 11' by HJC. i am getting it for 5500/- . Have been told that Cirus is a replica HJC makes for some markets.
Any feedback??There is no better therapy than riding a bike down a straight road at full throttle with the sound of the engine for company.

Re: Helmets
A friend is using it , looks wise its ok, padding is also good. But dont know how well it would be under impact. As the originality is still not sure.Originally posted by mustang28 View PostHave anyone of you used 'Cirus HS 11' by HJC. i am getting it for 5500/- . Re: Helmets
Thanks. Yes, originality is an issue considering I have been sold a duplicate LS2 in the past. The padding started wearing off in a month for that helmet. Even visors for the same model would not fit.Originally posted by prateek2210 View PostA friend is using it , looks wise its ok, padding is also good. But dont know how well it would be under impact. Am sticking to Studds for now.
Any suggestions in how to check helmet originality? There is no better therapy than riding a bike down a straight road at full throttle with the sound of the engine for company.
