Hi,

Can you tell me me which one of the below is a better option? This is for RS200 and will be my first helmet so I dont want to spend too much until another year.

Usage: City Riding 80% and Small Distance Touring 20%.
Purpose: Comfort, Safety, Protection to my eyes.

1. Studds Shifter Full Face
2. Studds Ninja 3G Flip up

My friend said there is one in Mount Road. I have not much idea about Chennai.

Studds shifter i would say, well under 2000. I am using the same helmet. Comfortable also fitting is good.

I think he's talking about Moto101. They shifted there place to ECR now and they also don't sell SOL now.

You can check in Rainbow Helmets Shop in Mount Road.. Near Thousand Lights.. they had SOL Stocks when I visited few months back.. They had all brands including MT, LS2 etc

And by the way just buy a good helmet.
See you are buying the bike for almost 150k. So can't you spend 5-6k for your safety??

None Taken... For now I want to settle down with a helmet around 2k as I would be doing City riding only for another year. After one year when I get into serious touring I want to go for a helmet around 5k as you told.

Do check kyt before you buy.I think cheapest ecer dot certified.over your budget by 800 maybe..

Dear Riders, VegaAuto is a bad-bad site, they sent me a damaged Axor helmet & the jacket I had ordered, in wrong size! Have been trying to get in touch with cc on phone & mail since then, but they do not answer. Please avoid the site, they are not doing business properly.

Lesson learnt? That is the reason everyone ask members here to buy it from a dealer where you can physically check it until someone is ok in taking risks.
I hope they replace it free of cost , in any case you have to bear the courier charges if they want it to sent back.

Just in case they dont, the address to the registered person of this website is in Belgaum. Ask someone to get it done by visiting them.

Was going through my search of new helmet and found the laxmiauto website which is been redirected from ls2's website .
It shows some of the authorized dealers in different areas..
Just a question in my mind, does those authorized dealers too sell fake ls2?😰😞
