I was thinking to avoid such situation and use same jugad. Yes, it is a simple Mechanism which can be easily fixed provided I have the proper tools like blower and plastic film. Since I don't have them, I was hoping if someone has got this done from any shop or somewhere where they can do it with some perfection.

A hair dryer can be used.
That lamination can be bought from local shop, grant road, ebay.

If you can share your location I can try to locate some shop.

No idea about Navi mumbai bro! [emoji28]

But start asking for it at local sticker shops. You'll easily find one.

Using Vega Boolean for last 3 years. Cost approx 1950rs. Chin flip features plus if you need. Double visor. Completely removable and washable liner. Quality wise also good.

Cons - Heavy for some people taste and no exhaust vents.

Looking to buy a helmet within 7-8k.

I've had LS2 FF302, Hyperion or Space in mind. Apart from that I've tried MT Thunder and seen MT Stinger. Also had a look at HJC lids but I've been told that the parts are difficult to get and pricy as well.

Requirements - Should not be too heavy, must have decent ventilation but shouldn't be noisy. I don't care about the sun visor because I never use it.

Quick replies will really help a lot. My old LS2 got stolen and I'm currently using a Studds Shifter. I am too scared to ride this way.

Studds shifter isn't bad too. Infact I'm also looking for a helmet in the same range. I'm looking at revolt, mt mugello, bell momentum (will have to increase the budget), hjc cl-17..
