    AGV is more expensive than KBC, lookup the following portals. They all ship internation, and are well spoken about on the international forums i'm on.
    Sportbike Track Gear offers one of the best selections of motorcycle gear in the industry. Buy helmets, jackets, parts, tires & more online for a great price!

    New Enough Motorcycle Apparel sells motorcycle jackets, pants and suits, boots, gloves, helmets, etc :: New Enough, LTD they do not stock KBC, but they do have Scorpion, and terrific closeout prices too.
    Dennis Kirk | Frontpage they have the best prices for AGV helmets and gear, and some splendid deals on HJC too.

    All of these three have extremely competent support teams, and are quite helful all through the shipping process.

    However, avoid Motorcycle Parts, Motorcycle Accessories by BikeBandit.com which quite a few seem to recommend. I only order from them when i need OEM stuff for my bike. The support guys don't ever reply, you mostly will not know where ure parcel is, and when are you ever going to get it.

      Thanks for those links manson, I'm looking through those now. My budget for a good lid (KBC, AGV or the likes) is about 6-7k at max. Let's see what all is available in that budget..

        @synergizer: Thanks bro...That's great. I will have to manage, as there are no options available here and I don't have any plans in near future to go to Bangalore/Pune. What price did you get it for, by the way? The dealer here is asking for 2250 bucks, which I believe is more that the price elsewhere.

          Some points to look out for;
          I've found that quality helmets can be found starting at $90 upwards (cheaper if you're lucky to have a head size that get's extremely discounted rates on clearence eg: XXS, XS and XXXL)
          Brands upto $150 (HJC, KBC, Vega, AFX, Bell) Above $150 (Scorpian, Icon, Nolan, some AGV)
          Plain or Solid colours of the same model are usually cheaper than ones with funky limited edition graphics. Ordering most of your things from one store will save you on shipping.
          Ordering so as to maximise the use of your shipping allowance will save you money, as the shipping cost will be divided among the items. (try combining your order with friends/family, etc.)

            Other than Dennis Kirk you wont find AGV Helmets going for under $200 average. (AGV is one of the top tier manufacturers)

                Please do post the pics of your new lid...I saw one Vega for 3500, but the thing was not worth it when I looked at the build and finish.
