my LS2 has dual visors. and a removable/washable lining.
bought for around 5000.




i'll say it.

yes... i have seen "fake" LS2s around. loads of em.

isn't being safe better than feeling comfortable?
compare your helmet with similar ones from different stores.

Buddy - I was speaking metaphorically - by 'comfort' I meant feeling safe. I don't feel safe with my 1700/- odd LS2 any longer since I've lost confidence that it is genuine.

4. I don't think Cross or LS2 are DOT/Snell approved, even if DOT/Snell stickers will be there in the helmets.

Actually, as per the official site, original LS2's are certified. The problem is, how do we know which is fake and which is not?

also wanted to ask there's this new STUDDS BEAMER??? STUDDS NINJA 3G is a bit expensive over the 2G version. how is that? worth the extra penny over NINJA 2G??? thanks...

Don't know much about beamer but as seen on the other forum beamer seemed to a ditto same with rhyno except front head vent.I think beamer is rhyno's older(beamer is far older its not new AFIK) export quality.

I too saw 2 to 3 ls2 in bp last time I went there to pick scoyco mc-10 gloves you can find some ls2 s in wellington but the shop guys will charge like anything(bargaining won't help). I stay just 2 minutes away from wellington. I think there is no trace of cross lids in kolkata..

Got a new helmet last week.Its a Cross Cruze model.Dealer quoted 2500rs,bargained and made a deal of 1700rs. So me being a newbee into helmets, please shed some light on cross helmets, their durability and its VFM??? is it worth 1700 rs??? And how good are tinted visors on night rides?? And does the helmet require any specific maintaining???

CRUZE costs only around 1.8k without bargaining.and its a decent helmet for its price.

Need Help for a good Helmet

Hello Friends,

I need a good helmet within the range of Rs 2000-2500.
But, the issue is my size, most of the helmets I tried is loose for my head.
most of the shops here in Noida does not know about size of helmets .
They mostly have XL and a few L size. For me, it seems I need 'M' assuming on the looseness of L sized helmets.
Please suggest some decent shops in Delhi NCR with stock of all sizes.

PS: Most shops here say to tie some clothes around head then wear helmets
