          thank you guys !

You can also shorten the wire and connect a female 3.5mm jack at the back of the helmet...

Take another wire the 3.5mm male to male one which will go to the female connector and your audio device

Would be convenient to plug and unplug whenever you have to wear/remove the helmet...
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

Hmmm... seems like something that I could try out... would be pretty useful if I could get it done in time...

Go by fitting-Studds is more comfortable for broader heads like mine.

A small DIY I did sometime back to my unused old but working headphones...

You can find the entire album of pictures

You too can do it at home...

I've done a similar setup a couple of days ago. Had this in mind but was lazy to work on it.had time this weekend, found an old headphone so got to work. Tested it and it was going well with my LS2 phobia, but damn thing was not loud enough. I wore it in traffic and it was of no use.

On my way back home, picked up a studio pro headphones which are 100% value for money (I bought close to 13 sets till date on friends demand). Stripped them out and started trying different combinations as they had bigger speakers. initial 3-4 settings worked but the audio was restricted, then it was touching my ears, etc ect, after a couple of hours, got a perfect place to install them. did all the wiring, placed the volume knob behind the chin part of the helmet. IT WORKS!!
