    Goodluck.
Hey, thanks for the tip! I checked out the Rynox Tornado Pro already, and wasn't too keen on it. I like the Solace Carbontec though. It's definitely under consideration for me.

I am NOT looking for Full Gauntlet gloves at all. I took a look at a few options, and I'm really not able to decide which ones to go for.

    Here's what I am considering:

    - Cramster Dash: Buy DASH - Street Gloves with *Touchscreen Support* • Cramster Online Store
    - Cramster V2 Blaster: Buy V2 BLASTER - Semi Gauntlet Gloves *Touchscreen Support* • Cramster Online Store
    - Aspida Pegasus: https://www.orionmotorsindia.com/rid...ves-black.html
    - Alpinestars SP X Air Carbon: https://www.orionmotorsindia.com/rid...ves-black.html
(The A-Stars are a huge stretch, but I don't making the stretch because I've always had a good time with the brand on the track.)

I am open to looking at other options, but here are my preferences: Short Cuff Gloves, Leather Preferable, Knuckle Protectors are a must.

Can you guys please help me out with suggestions?

    Thanks!

I will soon be picking up blue color Yamaha R3.

In my hunt for a riding jacket i have narrowed down to Rynox Tornado pro3. I am dwindling between black and blue color. Although best will be to move out and check in store nearby but i doubt i will be able to find blue in store.

Can anybody shed some light on blue color. Does this blue match with R3 blue?

Premium Motorcycle Protective Gear- Riding Jackets, Motorcycle Pants, Biker Gloves, Saddlebags, Tankbags, Tailbags. Buy online with free shipping across India.

Mind says black heart says blue.

All three are great in quality control, design and purpose. Made proudly in India too. They're also no nonsense and fast moving items in offline stores.

SMK STELLAR seems to be the least expensive, ECE certified, pinlock 30(anti-fog lens) fitted proper full face helmet in India. Made by Studds, it has a cool AGV kinda look to it. Comes in two shell sizes for XS,S,M and L,XL,2XL. Gives a nice snug fit without any pressure points when correct size is picked.

The opening and closing of the visor and vents are sturdy and give a reassuring feel. No weak or loose jerks or sounds anywhere. It's a good upgrade from my Studds Shifter which was also surprisingly well made helmet for the price. With all vents open adequate airflow is there but kinda becomes noisy above 90kph. When vents are closed it has fairly decent wind noise isolation upto 110kph on a naked motorcycle like my Interceptor 650. Since I use my powered glasses while riding, the spectacles go inside smoothly without issues. Padding is also soft and does not cause any skin irritation anywhere.

The one feature I absolutely enjoy and feel should be standard in every full face helmet sold in India is this Pinlock 30 anti-fog lens fitted on the visor as standard. Previously at traffic stops/snarls and winter foggy early morning rides it was downright annoying(sometimes dangerous too) to see your visor getting fogged up while riding. No fogging at all even in a particularly Smoggy Sunday we had a month ago. Even if you wantedly blow lots of air into the visor while breathing it ever so slightly fogs at edges but instantly disappears. Optically correct and is surprisingly well made too. Planning to get a Chrome visor soon, just before the Chennai summer begins.

Rynox Air GT3 is my first encounter with the Rynox brand and their strong reputation shows in the overall build quality, fit and finish. Providing Safetech CE-level 2 armours for shoulder elbow and back except chest in this segment. The overall weight of the jacket is light for me and fits snug without any pressure points. I love the subtle grey/red colour profile used for this jacket.

It doesn't heat up as much as black colour jackets due to the grey profile when the sun is scorching over your head. Excellent ventilation from the mesh panels. I'm yet to test the internal thermal and rain liners. One size up is not needed. I picked the one for my size 46" chest and it fits correctly. They've also given a 1 year ₹50k worth of Bike insurance too, from a company called Toffee Insurance which got activated two weeks after online registration. The policy seems to cost ₹118 build into the MRP of the jacket.

Orazo Picus Velcro Boots are worth the hype indeed. I was previously using Unistar Boots which I got from Amazon. They were well made too for the price provided all day comfort while trekking or riding. The Orazo boots are leagues ahead and are the most comfortable boots I've every bought.

I've been using them everyday since I bought them for office, while commuting and for weekend rides. They are a wonderful all round comfortable and safe boots. After the initial breaking in period of 3-5 days they're very comfortable. One size up is not needed and fits the size for correct foot measurement. Padding is great and gear shifting in city rides doesn't feel like a chore anymore. The steel toe gives that tank like protection during tight traffic snarls.

You get weird looks(only the first day) from your colleagues in office who are less safety conscious but these boots are true to their reputation from riding enthusiasts. Yes the price has slightly be increased since the launch but it's worth it I believe. They've introduced a new tan color too but the subtle classic look of the black colour is timeless.

    Cheers
The best thing abt SMK helmets is that accessories n parts r easily available. I'm using SMK Glide n I've upgraded the visor for pinlock 70. The view has become very wider with pinlock 70.

The above suggested ones have been used by many riders in our Interceptor group and have been fairly decent and comfortable for city as well not so long weekend rides. My cousin personally has used their Short Riding V2 gloves the past three years and says it's very well made and durable. Though, yes they are a notch below the build quality of Viaterra or Rynox they are far from being bad too and have a nice aesthetic appeal too.

    Cheers
