i didn't buy it from any showroom, i got it as a gift.
it says YAMAHA INDIA MOTORS PVT. LTD. on it.
its made in haryana and costs 7500/- (the price tag was on)
it even said YAMAHA TRIBAL JACKET on the tag.
its manufactured in the faridabad plant of yamaha, so contact your showroom guy, he'll should give you the details.
if he doesn't, make him do it.. i am good at such things
I'll upload the pics of the jacket soon.
it has a FZ written behind.
embroideries follow from one sleeve to another till cuffs, passing through the upper back section.
its completely black, with white embroideries and small yamaha written on the back, above that FZ logo, inside and on the liner.
it has a classic belt type thingy on both the sides around the waist to tighten that area.

if you can't find this, then you can go for leather jacket from HIDESIGN as i was supposed to buy it in some days,
i had even placed an order, it was for 6k very similar design, but this gift from my girlfriend is preventing me to buy that now..
by the way, hidesign is also amazing, but it doesn't have waist adjustments as a biker needs.
Giving a lot to a fiero.
Expecting a lot from a fiero.

                  • some gear pics

got some riding gear from cramster. pics are uploaded in album and are being moderated.

not comfy with the gloves. breezer 3 seems okay along with the pants. the thermo liner from pants i have removed. rain liner from the jacket also removed.

went for a drive at 4-45 pm hot sun. while the bike is in motion the jacket feels cool but if city ride/slow ride in sun generates some sweat. pants okay for the temp i was riding in must be around 32 deg c. my gloves ( Twister street / touring gloves ) was tight on my knuckle part especially the right hand. discomfort there. i have to see if the gloves expand a bit on usage else will have to go for another one as a proper glove is very critical for riding i feel so and you should not feel the glove at all (sort of ). hope the gear breaks in after a couple of rides.

                    • Told about i got my Orazo Coot this week. I had a 260 km ride with that today. I am very much happy about my purchase. I bought the basic Black version. First i thought i was ugly. But when i used it.. I was stuck in that. I really didn't want to remove it when i came back. Damn comfort to me. The sole has fantastic grip and the steel toe is very hard. There isn't a notable mark on the toe shifting area. Earlier i thought it would be a problem. The quality of leather is good too. But there isn't any protection for ankle. Just for 1600 bucks.. we shouldn't expect more.. I am not that greedy...

A doubt... Is there any fingerless motorcycling gloves available? If so, which brand? Any guys here are using this? I know it offers much less protection. But it is very very difficult to remove the gloves and take pictures. Right? I think it is because i am using a Cramster MX3 and DSG Nero. Hope you all understand what i mean.
If you need a reason to ride, you are not on the right bike.

Fingerless gloves are not motorcycles gloves, so you will not find them from any moto-gear brand. Get a proper pair of motorcycle gloves, in leather preferably. And as far as taking pictures is concerned, you will just have to take the gloves off your one hand, so it will not be a bother at all.

Fingerless gloves are what I use for my gym - there are only marginally better than wearing nothing at all, especially when you are riding a motorbike.

                          • There are lots of fancy gears available. Got myself a nice riding jacket/helmets/gloves but still hasn't come around on buying a riding shoes. Wife figures we still need to eat so that has to wait. In the mean time I have to do with normal shoes. Normally my leather shoe/boots has no problem due to shifting gears (Zma is only toe shift). Just a little polish and it gets back to normal. However sneakers that has mesh on top are a different story. I was not about to spoil my new sneakers so I had to come up with a solution. Problem is I don't know where to get a shoe shield/guard to protect against abrasion while shifting gears. SO without further ado. Heres what I came up with.

Seen some kind of guard over the internet, but hasn't seen one in real.

Its complete DIY. Made out of pure motorcycle tube and shoe lace. The lace is tied behind the ankle so the guard does not slip off. Would have preferred a kind of proper strap, but does not get time to search for one.

LAugh if you must. But at the end of the day, I always come back after riding with a smile

                            BTW this is beta version.

awesome dude....but a more simpler version would be to just wear that big broad rubber band (one where girls use to tie their hair) or that wrist band over the front end of the shoe...
