Not at all suited for Indian riding conditions. Be prepared to get cooked inside as the ventilation is almost like not there. You should have up'ed your budget & got yourself a DSG Maze or RJays Swift mesh jacketOriginally posted by taher70 View Postjust booked the dsg falcon in black for myself

Guy, back from Leh trip on the Ninja.
A short review of the few items used:
1. Orazo Picus:
I was skeptical about how the boots would perform in the cold and during water crossings. But boy, the boots held up well!
Only a tinge of water entered - via the material on the middle while fording crossings.
At K Top at -5 degrees, decent protection against cold was there (I had only one pair of socks inside) .I could feel the cold, but did not get numb.
The grip at ice was also good. And even met a few other bikers sporting the Picus
2. RJays Tempest2 Waterproof Gloves:
Disappointed at spending 3k on it - as it turned out to be not waterproof at not so heavy rains. And there was not much protection against cold either (I should have had another set of winter gloves as well..so my fault on having high expectations).
P.S: I have my GoPro Hero2 Helmet cam up for sale. Ad in classified section. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Need a recommendation for a jacket for CITY RIDING ONLY
I have a Scyoco which I use for CITY RIDES and being a textile jacket, I sweat like hell! Would a mesh jacket make a huge difference? Keeping in mind this is ONLY for CITY rides with halt and go traffic MOST of the time.Always assume the other guy will mess up - Ride Defensively!

Worth the investment, no doubt. Thats the only one which can provide you maximum ventilation. Thoda bahut toh garmi hoga. If i was you i would stick to Scoyco.Originally posted by rkakkar View PostIs it worth the investment to switch from Scoyco? I too have JK17 and trust me its too suffocating when not in move, Cramster Breezer is best option I recommend to anyone due to its practicality, its all mesh, comes with liners for chilly and rainy days.Originally posted by rkakkar View PostIs it worth the investment to switch from Scoyco? Cramster Gear's sucks...do not go for it. for that cost, its not worth it. Check out something in DSG, they are worth it. I took a Saddle Bag / Riding Pant & a waist pouch from themOriginally posted by rkakkar View PostIs it worth the investment to switch from Scoyco? The saddle bag & the pouch are awesome & worth it. The trousers doesnt have proper fit & the knee gaurds are below standards & just normal plastics...no ventilation & the quality of stitch is really bad, the hip adjustment strap went off in my 1st ride, 2nd ride the other side went off, had to manually stitch it again, would have done max of around 3k kms with it in total now the bottom stitch between the mesh & textile has gone and yet to get that stitched.
When complained to them they are saying it must be a wrong fit to you & no solution provided.Never Give up on something that you can't go a day without thinking about.

^^ he is looking for jacket which is not there in your list. If one products comes out wrong, that doesn't mean that the whole company is useless. I am using the cramster trg2 for almost 2 years now, all my rides, all my trips I wore them and not a single stiching came out.

DSG Nero Riding Pants - Feedback/ Reviews?
DSG seem to have recently launched the Nero Riding Pants: DSG Nero Pants - 5,750.00Rs
I was wondering if anyone has already bought/ used the product?
I've been using the Nero jacket for about 2 yrs now, and am happy with it (except the fact that it is too thick for summers).
Any help on the Nero pants will be appreciated.

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

Was surfing, and came across this:

STRYKER VEST...
Is it really worth spending 11.5k ???
Or are there any variants that cost lower (Like Cramster or DSG) but still protective enough..
I already use the Cramster Breezer Jacket...
This Armour, I will be wearing inside the Jacket for more protection...CBR250R with Leo Vince Cobra Exhaust
