Hi there guys. I have a small query. Not sure if someone's already asked. I need to buy a jacket immediately and I'm confused between the cramster K2K and the DSG Nero. Before i had my mind set on the triton but the prices went up and now its out of my budget . I'm kinda leaning towards the K2K. Any inputs would be great. Thanks.

Detailed review will come aftet more extensive use.

At the moment, recently used them on 700km ride at a stretch, not one moment did they seem to disturb my riding or my general comfort feel, as a matter of fact at a certain point I forgot I was wearing these and I was searching for my bionics everywhere safety wise on first appearance they dont instill as much confidence as the proper knox bionics, but once you wear them and it clings on to you knee it instills the same confidence that the knox armour in SPG jackets do

I was in a similar dilemma at some point of time in the past.
Both the jackets under consideration are similar, feature wise! I have not tried the K2K but I can definitely vouch for the DSG Nero which I am using as of now - Cordura, snug, thermal liners and looks. The detailing is well fabricated as well viz. buttons, chains, velcro, straps etc. It is a popular jacket amongst Indian bikers and many have recommended it. I actually followed the herd too and I don't regret.

IMHO, both jackets are almost equally priced and have similar features and should ideally offer the same level of protection and life. Hence, I would suggest you to try both and decide. Last thing on the list is looks, depends completely on one's taste and is subjective.

          Best of Luck!!

Hi guys... I am using Rjays swift jacket. Its almost a year now and I must say its value for money. Very good for mumbai humid conditions. During rains it served me well but internal rain liner will not save u from heavy pouring, good in drizzling. even after one year of regular use its as good as brand new. Satisfied. will recommend it to those who want decent stuff from a recognised brand worldwide and have tight budget.

I have Rjays gloves too but not used them much. They are good. For aprox 2.5k its a quality product. I am still not used to wearing them. My naked fingers works on clutch and breaks like they are playing guitar. Every time I wear gloves I miss the feel of my fingers on break and clutch. May be I need to wear them more to feel them as my skin and be comfortable with them. But with those few rides when I wore them I can say that they are really good.

Now I m looking forward to buy riding shoes and pants or may be knee guards. Suggestions are always welcome.

Cramster K2K is kind of an enduro jacket, and I'd suggest you not to go for DSG Nero it's a good jacket, agreed, but the quality to money value isn't one that you're gonna appreciate. You can get the Cramster Breezer or the Cramster Eclipse leather one both are excellent VFM products.

For riding shoes and pants you can consider on the same bloodline of RJays, and then you have Spartan Odysseus pants and then you have Cramster Velocity 2.0. Just go their respective websites and you'll get the all the info you need.

Knee guards, again Cramster knee pads are good, affordable, Made in India and lasts pretty much a VFM product considering the price. And the new kid on the block is Spartan Perseus knee guards (worn under pants are getting some rave reviews, you can consider them.

              Cheers!

Just now, visited Rynox website to check out saddle bags and found the site hacked. Stay away from purchasing any gears online from the site as your debit/credit card information could be compromised.
If you worried about falling off the bike, you'd never get on.

Hey, buddy, forgive me my idiosyncrasy but that peculiar red line, made me laugh so hard, I almost tipped my mouse, and still do. Rynox always had some issues with their website, but I'd never suggest you to make an online purchase when you're doubtful about the gateway. You can call, Shameen Deshmukh, (excellent chap) and he will guide you through your purchase. Same day shipping, docket number either, mailed or SMSed to you.

lol you got me there. You have the Cramster, cheapo, tested, raped and still the best choice for bikers. Then you have the new Viaterra Claw, though as good as it looks, it's an inverted U shaped duffle bag with clips, and then the RYNOX Nomad saddle bags, excellent bags, though comparatively costlier than most other bags out there, it's really good, sturdy, now with new and improved and resistant material. Close to 4.5k or 5k including shipping whereas the former Cramster is for 2.5 and the Claw at 2.3~ range

Claw's quality is very good compared to Cramster, and you if you're looking into budget stuff, look no other than Viaterra Claw if you would like a premium yet very good product, go for RYNOX Saddlebags.

                            Cheers!

                              hi guys,
i'm keen to invest in a all weather jacket and pants, a casual search has shown DSG triton/nero, Rjays all season II & spartan odyssey as options.
however, my choice dilemma lies in between DSG and Rjays products, i found the camo print of odyssey to be bit over the top, so its out of the race straightaway. i havent really heard much about Rjay products but i got attracted by there 'headlining' features (CE Armour etc) over DSG's, which is known and trusted brand with good reviews.
my usage of the jacket/pants will be mostly for touring purpose, hence the 'all weather',long-lasting type is desired. budget can be stretched to ~10K but price to feature/performance ratio (VFM) must be weighed upon.

if anyone can can guide me through aboue mentioned or another products falling under the criteria as to which is best, that will we appreciated.

                                Hi All,

I am new to the riding community and wanted to get some riding gear to keep myself prepared for tours.

The Spartan Helios jacket looked liked the best deal, however it seems that prices have gone up quite a bit. It will cost me 6799 + 350 shipping = 7100

Does the Helios justify the price or should I get the DSG Nero @6499 ?

Also has anyone used Benera Boots as riding boots ?
