Yes it has it as an optional liner, you can pay some 500~ bucks and get it if you order with them directly or resellers if applicable.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
        The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

              hi,

I am in a Dilemma. I have got A* air jacket. great in summer and have been using in city as well.

but its useless against Weather (read rain and winter). I saw DSG basic jackets (6K ones) doing good job.
Thinking of buying another jacket for long rides and rainy season.
What are my options under 10K. I am in pune, and would prefer to try it before buying it.

Can visit mumbai if the option offers huge advantage over DSG.

              psss:
              1. I am planning couple of rides in these winters (read Pune- Hampi, Rajasthan, Delhi) and Leh as well next year.
              2. i ride a 390.
              3. Also buying a basic leather suit for future track/ Lavasa

Thats a lot of riding gears

                weird problem, men...
i got SOL SF2 helmet and a spartan balaclava. I use specs and its gets foggy due to my respiration. the problem gets very bad when stationary, and fog goes off once in ride. as of now i fold a bit of balaclava under my lips, but im uncomfortable... any solutions?

I too had the same situation, not much of a solution for that, have to play around with the position of the balaclava to get a non foggy setup. I usually use the balaclava in full position only when going for long tours.

in city rides i just pull back and convert it to a head band. So i have no issues of this fogging up.

                  Cheers

As the name suggests the Air jacket is intended to use for summers, with the absence of lining makes things even more difficult. The best idea would be to get an all weather jacket, for which you need not spend 10k you have Spartan Helios add 500 odd bucks and get a thermal liner which comfortably makes it a all weather jacket. Next up you have the Cramster Breezer and Eclipse both good jackets, especially the latter.

DSG was good, but their quality to value prop has gone in for a toss these days. Then you have RJays All Season at around 10k very good jacket, but the above are budget oriented and more or less perform same as Rjays since you mentioned a budget for 10k.

                      Cheers!

Don't mind but I disagree to the fact that DSG products have lost quality.. I have been using DSG products for long time now and they have never disappointed me...
I use DSG Textile Jacket / Rjay's Swift Jacket / DSG Nero Pants / Teknic One piece RS - depending upon my ride for the day...

Nitin coming to your question I would add my 2 cents to it,

DSG / Spartan / Rynox etc are there but if you have higher budget you might wanna look at following option,

Performance Racing Store. IXON Jacket - AIRWAY HP (Comes with separate rain jacket)

Performance Racing Store. Jeo Rocket Jacket - Comet (Combination of Mesh / Textile / Leather)

I know these jackets are little experience but they are worth money...

                        Coming to Race Suit,

I would advice you Get 2 piece suit as its more practical

My choice would be Joe Rocket Leather Pants (SM 5.0) + Same jacket or above mentioned Jeo Comet jacket which can be hooked together...

forgot to mention, already have DSG pants as well.. and full body suit already ordered, on the way
Thats why thinking, should buy an extra jacket

My friend just reminded, I had a Cramster jacket (K2) 3 years back.. had a crash in it, then loaned it to a friend..
                          Now getting it back..
and it should do for a season.. then I will be clearer in my though process next year .. and maybe will increase the budget as well..

                          thanks for the thought process..

I'm on fix between Spartan Ares & Rjays Cobra II gloves... at 3.2k spartan feels lil overpriced whereas there are almost no reviews of Rjays Cobra II gloves... Have used DSG Primal & Vector gloves before... Don't want to go all the way up to 6.5k for A* SP2 gloves :-/

Also about jacket, its tie between Spartan Helios & Rjays Octane II or All seasons II... Does Rjays jackets come with KNOX level armour ?? Spartan being mesh jacket feels lil expensive at 7k + they don't include thermal liner too ...

For pants I have finalised Rjays all seasons II, they seem best bet ATM ...

Please suggest which one to go for amongst the options...
