Remove armors, soak in soap water, scrub off tough stains with a soft brush, rinse, don't squeeze out water, let it drip dry on a hanger.Originally posted by Shourya014 View PostDoes anyone know how to wash tornado pro from rynox? M not able to think cause its more then enough dirty
SOP for all riding gear (textile).

Mine: No it was not because of a fall or accident. You may call it as wear & tear or quality issues.

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
I have ordered the same gloves from www.outdoortravelgear.com. It seems decent enough for city riding. Coming to your point regarding the tear, I guess since its the clutch hand and we tend to use that hand more than the throttle hand, I guess it has torn off, but still within a year is something not acceptable as I have DSG Revive gloves, which I have been using for more than 2 years and it doesn't show any signs of wear.Originally posted by joe_marvy View PostI have been using Cramster Flux for about an year. The left glove palm area is torn, I think because of getting drenched in rain a couple of times. But I still wonder how the right one looks as good as new and the left got so much of damage.
However, I would still like to go for the same pair again, Flux gives good comfort for city use. Could someone help me find a pair gloves that looks quite similar and gives extra cushion for the palm area?

Looks like you are riding naked Kwaker and the best tourer. I ride super sport, I realized this is not the gloves I'm going to get again even for city ride... Good Luck 😉Originally posted by kanth View PostI guess it has torn off, but still within a year is something not acceptable as I have DSG Revive gloves, which I have been using for more than 2 years and it doesn't show any signs of wear.

Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
For city rides i recently bought a pair of rynox rampage pro. Solid build and really comfortable with a combination of a little mesh and vents. Try those.Originally posted by joe_marvy View PostLooks like you are riding naked Kwaker and the best tourer. Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
This works very well in extremely cold riding conditions like the Himalayas. It gives riders the flexibility of using their all weather gloves in monsoons and winters.Originally posted by paradoxx View PostFor waterproof gloves, don't spend extra. Buy a pair of surgical gloves and wear those under. Will keep your hands totally dry.
Even with water proof gloves some water does manage to get in.

Yup kanth .. totally agree with you on the DSG Revive. Mines a year and half with no sign of wear and tear. Wear it very regularly.Originally posted by kanth View PostI have ordered the same gloves from www.outdoortravelgear.com. It seems decent enough for city riding. Re: Universal : Riding Gear Thread
I think we may escape cold very well, but if we use those pure leather gloves in rains then our hands might not get wet but leather quality will deteriorate and for dye leathers- colors may fade off.Originally posted by neil.jericho View PostThis works very well in extremely cold riding conditions like the Himalayas. Monsoon Gear
With the monsoon already in Mumbai , the need for protection against getting drenched is a must. But the bigger question is which rain gear. Do we go for the normal Rain Suits (Pant/Jacket) or do we go for the more expensive riding suits.
I am planning on the rain suit by DuckBack as it has been serving its purpose for a good 5 years and have finally given way. So its time for a new one
So now the question is which one to get ??? Need help on this
Budget is 1k~1.5k

The rain pants do a good job and water doesn't get through , the jacket on the other hand keeps you dry but the zipper doesn't go upto the neck completely so when riding a little water gets in from there and causes a small wet patch near the chest but other than that its pretty good. Tested in heavy rain when riding.

Exactly the other issue - getting wet even if no rains due to sweat
