Have been reading through few of the previous pages and yes, this combo seems to be doing great. I really wish they had some color options as I'm not too in favour of a full black riding jacket esp for long rides. But thanks for the note!

That's a really good tip about the 0° under gloves, I'll get a pair.
One more question though, if I increase the budget a bit, can I get something which is made of leather and offers the same functionality in winters. The temperature hardly goes below 5 degrees where I live and I was looking to get a single pair of gloves which can get the job done. Something from DSG for example?

Raida RainX is made from leather, has a waterproof lining and a insulate lining too. This should do the job.

Raida tourbine in mesh.
Rynox Tornado pro in mesh.

Whichever you buy, invest in a good back protector later.

It's time to replace my BBG full gauntlet gloves so please pour in your suggestions.
Requirement: Better reinforcement at palm area.

Check gloves like Cramster TRG2, TBG Sport gloves, Rynox pro or Solace Racepro.

All of these should have sliders on palm.
But regarding better reinforcement at the place where it is torn, the gloves are made so to get a better grip on the handlebars.
There is nothing much you can do about it, thats just normal ageing.

Met the owner, Dalip Kumar, in Bangalore and he said it'll only be mid 2019 or so. Nothing right now.

Replace the foam provided with jacket ASAP as per my recommendation.

You can replace it with powertector sold by Rynox or sas-tec sold by solace. Good luck. Both fit well.

Don’t worry about it. SBS is again a very reknowned company, hut that ykk is more famous.

But yes, as Midnightevil suggested do replace the back protector with a CE certified one. That’s more important.

You can make a pick from whichever you want.

If you need full / semi, you will have to extend the budget. Solace Bravo is a good and affordable option at 3k. Good luck.

Considering the extra cost, don't you think STORM EVO L2 is better choice as a jacket, especially it comes with Back Protection??

Check non magnetic tank bags from Giant Loop if you can afford it, it's the best.
Same can be used as a tail bag, but what size of a tail bag are you looking for ?
