I tried bargaining for DSG Revive but there was nothing they could do, because
of the instructions/rule from DSG they can't sell the product less than
the price published in their website.'Pulsar 150 DTSI - UG3'

Hi Deepak. I will post the review of that Jacket definitely if I bought thatOriginally posted by Deepak Karanth View PostWelcome Bro. Don't forget to write a review if you buy one.
. Yesterday went to helmet paradise to check the TRITON.
They showed black colour(L:SIZE) only since they dont have stock other than that. So I told like I am going to buy redcolour(M SIZE) for sure. Probably will get that by friday. If the size does not suits me, my alternative is RJAYS Swift which is readily available in Orion Motors.
In TRITON, L SIZE is very big when compare to same L SIZE of other DSG Jacket like Nero, Phoneix etc.
By the way, me too bought Revive gloves yesterday. Good one I can say much comfortable
. How is that for you.

but yes you can try wearing guard which is worn while playing cricket. But will be uncomfortable if you wear for longer period.

Me to, comfortable with Revive. Was surprised with the amount of air flow.
While coming back to office on the day of purchase, it was like heating up inside because,
I was stuck in signal and it was the first time I wore it, but then signal went green and here we go,
was able to feel air everywhere inside the gloves. And the armor made of Carbon Fiber, looks cool in daylight
.
I'm using it for daily commuting to office and everywhere.'Pulsar 150 DTSI - UG3'

Buddy,
I've been riding all possible types of bikes for 25 years and crashed/fallen plenty of times but have never experienced anything like what you're talking about. It seems to me that your posture/riding stance on the bike must be off - there can be no other explanation IMO.
The only way you can keep crushing your cojones on the tank is if you're sitting completely on your butt ( as in a chair ) and your CG is aligned almost perpendicular to the bike. That is the only way you can slide forward onto the tank. Even cruisers with their CG aligned perpendicular or reverse slanted on the bike will not allow riders to slide forward because the foot-pegs are in the front and you simply use leg-power to prevent sliding.
On any regular bike, the slightest forward lean will negate this possibility. I would not advise an abdomen guard as it can cause severe discomfort during riding.

Please use a small pillow while ridingOriginally posted by rixBhp View PostReposting: Guys, how do you protect your tests. I had a few crashes in which they got almost crushed with the petrol tank. The pain was beyond words.
Please excuse me for the reply..but i found the question funny...
but on a serious thought I agree to what sunny has to say...the abdominal guards wont help much instead improve your riding stance...and learn to control the bike with your hands (forearms play a major role here) in the event of sudden braking or offroading...also place your feet firmly on the foot-pegs...you might also hold the tank between your legs to avoid the butt skidding on the seat..A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

Nin, those tips are quite helpful. My experiences were like, once when I was balancing the bike at very slow speed I had to put my feet the ground. Bike was on the road and I put my feet on the shoulder of the road which was very deep. Lost the balance as the depth was longer than my leg could reach. Bike got tumbled and my tests hit the tank. Another thing is when I apply brake (more pressure on front brake) my back slips slightly. I sit my back erect, leaning slightly forward, keeping myself 2 -3 inches away from the tank. So I doubt on a direct collision it will be disastrous. Now, I'm using a twister. And going to get a pulsar200ns whose tank design is vertical. And I pray that not even my enemies get that kind of pain which I suffered.Originally posted by nin View PostPlease use a small pillow while riding

Do riders doing offroading or trail riding wear something to protect thier family veggies?Asking because in these cases possibilities of getting hurt are more.Originally posted by Sunnyside_up! View PostBuddy,
