    Any solution for this ?

Sent from my GT-N7000 using xBhp Connect mobile app
You see, after using it a couple of times it'll become more loose. That's a given as the foam padding adjusts to your your face.

Get a replacement if possible. If not sell it off. You'll get almost all of your investment back as it's new. Then buy one of your size.

Hey, for that budget and requirement, R15 V2.0 or 200NS would be a great choice. I am not sure on R15 mileage, but 200NS gives an apprx 40kmpl inside city when driven sanely (50-60kmph). I guess your driving style would be like so, also 200NS has got a good road presence , with the new color scheme, I think it will be a good choice.

I have never driven R15 V2.0, But did drive my friends R15 V1, man, it was so painful on my shoulders and wrists. I am not a tall guy, I am just 173 cms and weigh 65kg. You better go for a test drive on V2.0 before you narrow down. But personally NS would be my choice if you are updraging from a 100cc vehicle.
        R15S - Current

          Thank you for the advice.
I have already purchased Duke 200 a week back (refer prev.post)
Actually i ended up between NS and duke. But i badly hated the new colours(those stripes) and duke was somewhat a personal choice(looks, sound, cluster etc.).

It has been 7 days i got the bike.

          Have rode 186Kms.
Shifted gears within 3.5-5 K rpm.
Avoided cruising and didn't follow any speed limit (upper cut off was 60).
Getting mileage of minimum 40 kmpl.Average is around 44 ( Best trip mileage - 50kmpl )[as shown by the instrument cluster]

I am really enjoying my new bike and not regretting about anything.

I again thank forum xbhp and the fellow members who guided me in getting "the bike i expected"
