I was told they are testing it in Hero Facility.. I am not sure how good that will do on the Indian Road conditions.. as in, without testing the bikes on actual road conditions I am not sure if the output will be that great. we will soon be seeing them being tested.. I will have to be riding to Gurgaon everyday for that

I have heard always good things about ZMRs. I am pretty sure 2014 ZMRs follow the same legacy.

the same thing happened in ZMR where we happened to see only one incident where they rode the bike in public road. i guess they dont wanna create unwanted attentions like other companies do by releasing deliberate spy shots. but i remember, if iam not wrong you were the first person who said it will be launched in November...!! i pray it becomes true.

you should definitely wait for the hx250r ,its not that far away and in terms of power figures the bike is definitely nothing short of a engineering feat,you should definitely check it out,it could be athe next big thing.

Guys could you all do me a favor? Could you give one disadvantage of ZMR apart from looks, as it is subjective? Now don't say low top-end. The torque makes up for that. That's the bike's nature. I've been looking for a serious negative point in ZMR and unable to come up with any, to be honest! Please come forward if any of you think you have a valid point. it cannot be off-topic as these points will definitely help the TS in deciding. And it'll help me in advising others in future and simultaneously clearing my doubts!

I heard few people say the rear suspension is an age old technology on the Karizma twins.. its about time those goons learn this bike doesn't require mono shocks as this bike is intended for touring and it does it job just above perfect according to me.. By The Way. What is wrong with Dual shocks at the rear? Dont Harley have them? Does it mean Harley is out dated?

Disadvantages:
Headlamps, cocky exhaust vibes with age, relatively old tech suspension which is very comfy but monoshocks provide better handling, chassis design if the cost doesn't overshoot much, brakes could be a tad sharper, engine oil drain bolt should have been more accessible.
But, that's just my POV, except headlamps, nothing major. And that can be rectified!

Hello All, Sorry for the delay in replying.. Not keeping well.. I'll not be replying with quotes as that would take a lot of space. [MENTION=25452]daredemon[/MENTION] Thank you for your inputs. The TB 500 definitely has superb pick up, but as of now i have decided on the ZMR. In a dilemma as to whether i should wait for th HX 250.

@abhi7013 .. Haha.. That was pretty straight forwardly put. !.. .. I know, am getting the same feelings. New bikes keep launching.. Especially this being Hero's first bike without an Honda engine. A little skeptical.

The dealers dont know anything regarding the HX launch. I'll wait for a few more days and see if any concrete information comes by. and i agree with the pricing you gave. According to me , they would launch it somewhere around 1.8lakh price. The wait is the killer part..

It seems like now a days companies get their bikes to the customers early, and then start solving the niggles/issues that crop up. Saves them money and time on testing the bike for a long duration. I guess the HX will also take like you said 5-6 months to be fully evaluated by the purchasers and the company as well. I am more inclined towards the ZMR as of now, unless any concrete info comes along regarding the HX in a few days. Thank you for your views.

@rreneav1987 Just when it seemed everything is sorted, something springs up.. I really hope this is sorted soon, as i am commuting with my friend to office and am sure once his TB 500 comes along, he would ask me to take the local transport.. .. Just saw the pics of the Red ZMR though. Looks really nice.. Somehow the showrooms in Bangalore have no Red ZMR's.. Have not seen one in person. I really hope some news comes along regarding the HX and i can take a decision soon.

He has the Karizma R and not the ZMR they are totally different
