Well I am 171 cm with an inseam of ~80cm. Having ridden both 250r and 200 ns, I personally felt that the cbr was kind of easier to handle than ns. Both have equally wide seats but the suspension on ns does not sag as much.

    Did you sell your cbr?

Yes I did sell my CBR. What is inseam?

Thank you for the replies guys.

Dad is visiting India on 12th. Exams till the end of this month . Will take TD after that.

You see things vacationing on a motorcycle in a way that is completely different from any other. In a car you're always in a compartment, and because you're used to it you don't realize that through that car window everything you see is just more TV. You're a passive observer and it is all moving by you boringly in a frame. ~Robert Pirsig

It is a better measure to determine how comfortable you'll be straddling a bike rather than your height. Anyways nothing beats actually sitting on it.

Wouldn't it have been better if you had sold your CBR after deciding which other bike to replace it with? What if the ns and gixxer are not significantly better in terms of ergonomics?

Re: Suzuki Gixxer 155 or Pulsar 200ns?

I sold it because my dad had some financial issues at the time and the CBR was giving a mileage of like 20-25kmpl and it was costing too much . I'm hoping to get a similar if not better riding experience from a good and liw maintenance sub quarter litre bike which I might have for atleast 3 to 4 years.

So ,you sold cbr due to financial problems ,and would like at least 4 years pass like a dream .
Do not buy gixxer, personally, you're spoiled by cbr and now gixxer will be like downgrading to cycle from activa.
            You want 40+ mileage ..?
            You need power ?
            Cheap spares .?
            Good Vim . ?
Then buddy ,buy p200ns. Because gixxer don't even stand at any place .

200ns is your best bet in terms of performance. Take a test drive. The part where the seat meets the tank is slightly narrower on the ns compared to cbr.

Pulsar 200ns for its performance Bajaj for its customer friendly prices (spare parts costs less ) pulsar has proved to be a good long term investment 😊 and its taken its cues from the duke 200 🎂 in short its worth the 💵🙋

Cool. Thanks guys. Can any 200ns users or people with the knowledge comment on what wider tire profiles can be fitted on the NS? Both front and back. And as I said with the back tire can i use a 150mm tire? If yes, which profile? This is a big question in my mind and 3 of my friends who are potential buyers and 2 juniors in my college who want to upgrade their tires.

I believe the bike has 100/80 profile front and 140/80 rear so use 110/80 front and 150/80 rear problem solved. Stick to stock tyre wall size upgrade only on running surface width. And one size bigger is easy to install and is done on almost all bike brands by users all the time.

140/80 and 150/80 don't have same height. here 80 doesnt mean height in some fixed units. it is ratio.

you suggested 110/80 for 100/80 and 150/80 for 140/80 and mentioned "Stick to stock tyre wall size" and I inferred that you are assuming 110/80 and 100/80 have same height but different widths which is not the case.

I think p200ns has 130 section stock rear tyre and it can be upgraded to 140 section tyre.
