AS200 is also getting Fuel-Injection? That is awesome news if true. Heard about the NS getting FI but not AS.Originally posted by RIDERROHITH View Postand even hearing rumors that ns and as 200 will be relaunched with fuel injection as soon as apache 200 hits the marketLast edited by Retro; 04-07-2016, 12:07 PM.

Re: Sold Pulsar 220 , now which next ?
My p220 was equipped with the bybre setup . Front break was excellent but rear was useless . Most of the time i used only front brake.Originally posted by maxi View PostA brief comparo would be better than jus a one liner😁
Ns200 has good stopping power from both the breaks used independently. For solo rider rear is more than enough , that type of surety it gives. Also when u park the bike on centre stand & rotate the wheels by hand , the rotation feels free of friction. But earlier p220 it was somewhat restricted .
This is my personal experience, i don't have any technical proof for this behavior.

Re: Sold Pulsar 220 , now which next ?
Thanks for the review!! Is there any tendency to skid or fish tail in ns??? In 220 i felt the rear brakes are best working with mild action from the front brakes .... If applied solo it starts to respond very slow but tough footed people may end up skidding atleast sometimes... Whats the experience with ns ??

Ns Fishtails too soon , u have to be careful with the pressure applied on paddle like the drum brakes.Originally posted by maxi View PostThanks for the review!! Re: Sold Pulsar 220 , now which next ?
As someone who bought the p220 twice, i suggest go for it again. .the latest batches have much better rear brake power and somehow also a crisper throttle response compared to the pre speed line versions
If only they sort out the rear view mirror issue and the bottoming out issue, the 220 will have no competition at its price range

Re: Sold Pulsar 220 , now which next ?
Sorry to jump in late, but you have made excellent decision to get NS . believe me, even after 3 years of ownership, having Rc 200,r15 in my garage and owning a discontinued model, my heart still pumps for NS. still today, under 1 lakh or even up to 1.30 lakh, there is no bike worthy enough to beat NS in any aspect, be it handling, design, performance, Vfm and what not. Only duke 200 starts raising the bar but that costs 1,50 lakh. Rs 200 could've been a delight only if it had been 20kgs lighter and not so cheapy flashy design. Sober things make long lasting impressions.
And about the new replacement As 200, I hate that ugly Sob. Being a naked fan, that integrated Faring closely resembles discover series and shamelessly destroys the legacy of naked design established by NS. Plus that pulsar 150 mudguard in the back makes it look like a doodhwala bike.
Only thing with NS is, it demands a little extra love.timely oil checks, chain cleaning, nuts tightened and you can expect your love 23.5 times back for you.

Re: Sold Pulsar 220 , now which next ?
AS200 is a better option that the P220, no doubt. I ride an AS. A lot of my P220 friend taunted me for getting an AS. They were like why are you paying more for 20cc less.Originally posted by RIDERROHITH View Postpulsar 200 ns was stopped for better sales of as 200
and most of the pulsar 220 riders say that the new as 200 is a appropriate replacement for 220 coz its old
and its also very vfm product
and even hearing rumors that ns and as 200 will be relaunched with fuel injection as soon as apache 200 hits the market
When my bike was being run the would taunt me even more. I had a niggle with my front disc which was reducing my pick up. But after all the issues were site and the run in was complete the AS eats the P220 in all aspects.
But still wouldn't call it an ideal upgrade from the P220. Cuz the difference is not that much to be called an upgrade. The only other bike I see as an upgrade right now is the CBR250. Would be a different story when the CS400 launches though.
