Samarth - we have plenty of magazines that cover the performance figures of various motorcycles. We have websites and forums that cover performance figures of various motorcycles. We have youtube videos and reviews covering the performance figures of various motorcycles.

Lets not get redundant...

I'd rather see this magazine treading a unique path and focusing on the ride and the rider rather than the machine.

I still can't understand that what is the harm in having just half a page of numbers IN ADDITION to text description? Nobody's losing anything by it, are we?

Also, supporting xionite's view, I agree that there was too much J&J in the pics published.

It's a balance- both customers and sponsors pay money to the magazine. But, customers want less adverts and sponsors want more, so they're vice versa in their opinion.
The Magazine (Staff) must keep the balance intact like a weighing scale. Just my opinion though, kindly don't mind..

If you can understand what effort needs to go into doing the tests, the kind of investment in hardware that is needed to get reasonably accurate results and the fact the the final results are still dependent on the day/time/weather/climate/track conditions/rider/hardware error etc.

I'd rather Xbhp focus on what matters and let the other sources (youtube, other magazines, websites etc.) focus on the figures if they want to.

If you want them to print random stats then I am sure they can oblige with a disclaimer and a link to the source. I personally feel they shouldn't use other's data and they shouldn't waste time generating this data redundantly.

you guys need to have your images colour-corrected.
the photographs just don't seem to "pop"

P.S: a few pages that had a LOT of Jack n Jones logos.
had a logo + the bike had a few + J&J tees.
a bit too much i'd say.

You notice too much logos, graphic designer eh ?

@samarth: Figures? Who can challenge them even if publish them? And so widely available and done to death.

Hi, I have an observation that expletives used in the magazines many a times go unedited.
Though it is not that i never use them, in my opinion, given that it is a magazine that is nationally distributed and also small kids may read it just like all of us used to read other magazines like OD etc even as children, they shouldn't be used.
Btw i must say photography in this mag is just awesome!

This is Vishu from Pune, as i was planning a Leh trip this sep., I had requested Xbhp April 2011 issue through DIALABOOK, after couple of calls to and fro, I was informed 'Payment on delivery' was not available for pune city, so I made a payment through NEFT on 19 Sep 2011. I received a confirmation mail stating the delivery would be made within 'Two working days', Well i have not got the delivery yet!! ( I have sent them like 10 mails and maybe around 10 -15 calls too). So if I dont want to be in this logjam, can i get the refund??

So can I get my 5th edition and if you think appropriate then the 6th one aswell.
