I am planning (still planning!) for a ride to Chennai this weekend? I may start on Friday midnight. Ride back to Trivandrum is to be started by sunday Morning
PS: Ride to be done only if I get back my bike on ride-able condition by Friday

@A.J, Srijith - credit card is like coal from a furnace. its not just hot, its so hot it can kill!!! Anyway, this time I had planned to leave the credit cards at home, but forgot about it. But anyway, did not touch them!!!

Did the upjetting - done on the stock jet itself. Now the bike revs freely all the way around the console.... Just like the tintumon edition, redline is a lot quicker now!! .

On the way back, after reaching Chengannur and having a tea, I ripped like crazy. I regret that I was a bit rash also (but also found that it works - in the sense, oncoming traffic brakes or moves out of the way, but thats just a lucky me, lucky time). Other than the front faring and the right RVM (which happens to be a duplicate) vibrating and making humming noises, the bike was butter smooth... Despite a headache and the glare of oncoming traffic, I enjoyed it very much. It was just terrific. one thing I re-learned is never to downshift in the middle of a curve... hmmm.

Btw, I have an addition to my gear... Pic coming soon. You know where to look, right?
