call it luck or just the good quality of the Yam, no issues with the bike even after that ride. Got a water was done and svc guys did a thorough checkup and found nothing wrong. Cleaned and chained the lube and started spinning the ride in Hyd roads again

Just finished 4200 km ride on r15. I guess its more of a personal thing. I find d r15 more comfortable to tour than ma other bike Pulser 220.

    Elaborate, plz.

As i said earlier either am lucky or the bikes build quality is top notch. No worries at all after non stop 17 hours of ride covering 1200+ kms. I have done 1500+ non stop ride on my previous bike Karizma and faced no hassles after that ride too. Guess lot depends on how well the bike is maintained towards the build up of the ride and also the way you ride. Peace out !!

No man will be a marine engineer who has contrivance enough to get himself into a jail;for being in a ship is being in jail, with a chance of being drowned.A man in a jail has more room, better food and commonly better company.

I dont know what will happen to bikes if we do such a trip.......
I have done banglore-cochin and Kottayam-banglore many times......
my poor Hero Honda machine never made a problem after such rides.........

I think, Lijo might also have done such trips on a TVS!!!!

I think Yamaha is the champion and then how an R15 could suffer after such along ride..........
I feel it as a pure joke indeed !!!!!!
started riding a motorized cycle on a chetak classic.
Learned to accelerate on Y RX100&135.
Learned not to fall down, the patience to heal wound on knee and to ride long on a classic Pulsar 150(still running)&180.....
Planning for more dream destinations on a new ZMR
