I dont know what will happen to bikes if we do such a trip.......
I have done banglore-cochin and Kottayam-banglore many times......
my poor Hero Honda machine never made a problem after such rides.........

I think, Lijo might also have done such trips on a TVS!!!!

I think Yamaha is the champion and then how an R15 could suffer after such along ride..........
I feel it as a pure joke indeed !!!!!!

As far i've heard, even N250R too hasn't faced any problem after 1000+ km runs..

@All - we need to arrange a G2G this Sunday evening. Our fellow xbhpian, Haroon and his wife are riding down to TVM on his beemer. Efforts are underway (almost done) by Arun to get a place for them to stay at Kesavadasapuram. I suggest we fix location as Kovalam or Shangumugham... Lets make their visit to our city a memorable one...

BE CARE FUL WITH THESE 12 AM RIDES. IF A PUnCTURE HAPPENS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AT NO WHERE. YOU ARE TRAPPED. yamaha service center at killipalam sells some thing called slime. if this is poured inside the tubeless tyre it will automatically seal off the puncture. it costs around 700. try it.if you have some extra cash. it could prove useful.

hehe.. to requote you " no pain, no gain", though in this case there is not much measurable gain. anyway, chances of puncture on NH7 are vastly less... and then, I'm geared up for that with a tubeless tyre puncture repair kit.

But anyway, this ride is still like a coconut on a ledge (kayyala purathe thenga). May or may not happen. Mostly wont.. bogged down with work here...

xBhp Magazine now available in Tvm... I got it from Paico store near Pulimood... Better go to them for it since they are the Tvm distributors or rush to your nearest Spencer market...

No need to spend extra money for additional item like slime. I tried it in my car. no use.... Tubless always do its duty

An update on Haroons ride. He'll reach here tomorrow by noon. We can meet up with him in city and then ride on to Kovalam by around 2PM. After spending some time there, he'll be riding on to Kanyakumari.
