Thank god Dhaba is not so far, where I live, its almost 15KM only

But 6:30 AM really become a pain to reach and for that you need to leave your bed at around 5:30AM at least

Listen bro am coming from gurgaon....and from my home to xbhp dhaba its about 30km...so i can come in the early morning and i also posted that why i can't come in the morning of summers after 7:00am....coz its so much hott for me out there....

Bro, its absolutle fine if you wana ride early morning. There are many people who do and many who don't. We dont have to argue on a silly point. What I meant was generally you will not find people out there at dhaba so early. No offence to you. Chill....

Alright friends, few things to be noted down here:

1st - refrain from using SMS lingo
2nd - when did the distance started bothering us riders, we never look at the distance nor the climate i.e. only if we are RIDERS.

Or else nobody is forcing anyone out here to come at any particular time. The time is decided by the mutual consent of the whole club in mind. So whomsoever wants to come at whatever time is more than welcome. If He/She wants to wait for anyone good, or else you know what to do. No more arguements here relating to the same topic.

Bro I am in for it but time is long persisting constrain for me.. so Murthal was the best option for it...for Ride, road and food.. I know Y Exp way is lucrative.... so if there are other suggestion... please share as something has to be decided by evening...

Actually I just heard that, Y Exp is not as lucrative as we thought. Due to the free passage, tons of crappy drivers and riders are congesting the route with a bhang. May be another day we will do it, as toll will be charged for bikes as well, bikes will be allowed. Also all the freeloading undisciplined motorists will be reduced.

Though I am in office currently, but if I would had off tomorrow I mean tonight, then I would have left early in morning by 3am and gone for some twisty ride on the new Timber Trail which opened from Parwanoo to Shimla. would have had breakfast in hills and be back by evening.

Or i would go to Lansdowne and back.

Yes it is very much doable, I have done Tarkeshwar Mahadev which is 40kms ahead of Lansdowne in a day and that also on my RX 100.

About Timber Trail I think it is easily doable as the roads are all smooth unlike Lansdowne, about safety. Goin to Lansdown is safe as well. Just to be on the safer side try to be back in Delhi by midnight i.e. around 12'o clock in the night.

Hosting XBHPians from Ahmedabad & 15th Aug ride with XENO

15th Aug was a wonderful day for me. Previous to that evening, I had the opportunity to host Xenologic, Maitreyi & Sunny at my place, all Ahmedabad XBHPians who have done 40 days of extensive touring & that too hardcore stuff. They visited Rajasthan, Himachal & Uttaranchal exploring Leh, Sach pass & other cities in Uttaranchal. Their Sach pass experience is really an eye opener for me. Hats off to you three.

Next morning, I did a short ride with Xeno on the GGN-FBD highway. Weather was pleasant & company was good. Had a good time with Xeno alltogether. Wishing you guys best of journeys in future too.
