Cars Do got there much..
By the Way, what's the problem in going there?
[/QUOTE]
There's no problem in going there. A group ride doesn't mean that we'll be riding in 2 by 2 formation. The road from Narkanda to Hatu is not wide but its wide enough to take SUV's there so mobikes are no problem at all.
The details of the trip are yet to be decided so let the mods come up with the plan & then decide the destination.
The road these days to anywhere will be mess for a group ride for just 2 days. Hence we need to be very much careful while deciding. Rainy season is not meant for group rides IMO. Rest is your call!facebook.com/shadyencore

Here is a pic of road condition to Hatu (Narkanda):
After every 50 - 100 metres there is a sharp turn and the road length is 6 kilometres and it is advisable to drive in single line only.

Exactly my point. LP bhaisaab toh apne mein hi magan rehtein hain. We must think of newbies too. Everything can be done provided everyone listens to the instructions carefully.
Yep, exactly. Although the destination is as beautiful as Swiss, Alps, Europe combined, reaching there in large group is what's a challenge.Originally posted by Hoodibaba View PostHere is a pic of road condition to Hatu (Narkanda):

Well said sire...and yes traveling to such a place needs some good skills and experience as well..and many of the newbies must haven't rode to the hills even yet..so this ride could be severely challenging indeed..but sir..actually rainy seasons are super fun to ride in..if dealt with some good precautionary moves

waiting for what the mods have in store..

I dont know if line marna illegal ke niche aata, ya nahi?
But this ego problem you raise is a pertinent question, may be it should discussed over here, so that we can all understand how to shed it, and be liberated in life.
Moreover touring is all about freedom. Dictating legalities and illegalities of touring to adults having full licenses, is simply pouring excreta over 'what touring is all about'
. These dictations reminds me of school field trips: ' Children have permission slips signed by parents or guardians.', 'Children anyone found naughty, will be sent home'. Blah blah.

decide a place though I would love to be a part of it but I will not be able to get off in those days... so depending on the destination I can find a suitable price for accomodation....
