well unfortunately i cant participate in this ride as i am planning to conquer spiti valley in sept end but as suggested by vaibhav bhaiya aka Kurtrules, chindi is the best place that you guys can visit in 3-4 days

Seeing the condition of the discussion here online and offline, I am not pretty sure that we are ready for a group ride yet.

We are discussing everything else except the ride and plan accordingly.

Ego clashes and idiotic behavior everywhere, from taking the credit to questioning the necessity of signing a declaration form.

I think by now you all must have understood how difficult it is for organizing a ride.

Request you guys to meet at the dhaba this sunday and sort it out over a cup of tea and a bowlful of maggie.

Else, I don't see a ride happening and even if it happens, it will create more troubles and making the bonds stronger.

Edit: there are people like Vaibhav (Kurt) here who is more experienced than any of us here in organizing such rides, listen to him if you aren't really sure what to do.

Let me just inform everyone that Plan which I proposed it is not in process because of weather condition & I don't want to tag along any new biker with me on any trip for everyone's safety.. I still have full support from experienced & old xbhpians however after thinking a lot I took this decision.

I apologize for the plan cancellation however if We get a chance to make it happen, I will try my best to make it a great trip..

We need to organize a group ride for all newbies to some nearby place rather than going to hills at first go.

How will the weather be when I reach New Delhi around 21st Sept. ? I'm not asking for a forecast but since you guys know how Delhi weather works, just let me know.
Will be with family (Mom/Dad/Sister) for 3 days & want to visit few major places only.

AND, some hotel anyone would like to suggest which is family/pocket/food/hygiene friendly ? I HAVE to see Akshardham Temple anyhow & Lal Kila, Parliament also. So somewhere in between ?

Planning so early because leaving Mumbai in few days for 8 cities & NDLS is last in the plan. So room blocking/booking will be done now itself.

Hello friends,
I will be coming to visit New Delhi in few days & have decided to stay in Hotel Raja. If someone could give me a first hand review of it ? Or suggest a hygenic place near station? Yes, there are numerable websites & one member helped me with it already, but still better ask the Delhites directly about Raja..

Also, I desperately want to know a good hotel in GAYA. We will do the pind daan in Gaya on the day of arrival hopefully & then stay in the hotel room only. So name few SAFE hotels in Gaya or Bodh Gaya (I believe none in Gaya have a website). Will be with family.. Have few teenage typical Mumbaikar girls. Do help!

P.S. For Varanasi we have decided to stay in Hotel Alka.

Behind JMC College ah, Embassy Area , Round-about !!!was good ol nostalgic lane for us to meet , those where the days....all bikes lined up , ride formation just before the start it will be a good memobilia ride for the new riders who only knw dhaba as a place to arrive today as we know as Dhaba lane .

The best part is it does not have any place to eat or sit , so it becomes the best place to chit-chat is a biker way...i.e standing & as the Sun rises up to heat the things , we can do a quick stroll back to much known Dhaba in 2x2 formation .

The real one is the JMC one !!! lets do it all
