You are forgetting some other guards, jackets, gloves etc. in his cupboard.

You need not enroll anywhere. You can just turn up at designated G2G location.

there is a trust which is named as VISHWAS TRUST. After donation here then you get entry in the Pune XBHP..Since you havent thats why you are unable to log in... Big trust so tie up with google too...

Keep a watch on this thread buddy, you will come to know g2g location and time. G2G are present on Wednesdays...

Trip to Bhor adventure resort Pune...

Hi People ...

This is probably not a Weekend ride destination but I wished to share this just on the scale of being quite fun to be at for a days trip (or an overnite) purpose. Also the distance is not that far from here so I guess we would not be riding for long ...
I am not sure if we could plan some thing like this but it would be a great outing for a group...
Also, I am not sure how things are this time around but is anyone is interested or has any updates... it would be great.

As mentioned earlier, G2G as meetings take place on Wednesdays at pre decided locations. You can show up there after checking out where is it hapennin.
Rides happen on Sundays. So can watch out this space for both the info you need.

I will give you a call tomorrow to confirm if I can make it on Sunday. I hope the run-in is over .. for quite a few days I have not switched from trip meter to Odo ..

I have that guys number , u can PM me for it. Approx cost of the paint job has been around 20k.

Congrats on that sir,
I think 8gb would be less since the clicks would be in RAW format.
I advise you to carry additional 8GB memory card.
Would suggest you to buy from online websites as the cost would be half..

You can buy lenses too, but regarding lenses i would advise you direct pay through some dealer...Online might turn costly for lenses...Consider buying zoom ones!!!

Also did you get the Canon bag with the camera or you need to register and then order it?? if that's in menu then consider another 45days in waiting for the camera bag....

Thanks, Eshan. I am an amateur so will go for bigger and better lenses later. Presently, the default 18-55 is okay for my needs.

I will definitely go for another 2 or 3 X 8 GB cards for my Leh trip in June, especially since 1 minute of video (MOV, half HD) = 226 MB

The camera also shoots JPEG so lesser space than RAW.

And I got the bag immediately from the dealer, no registration etc needed

very costly -- could have saved 4-5 k here atleast

I find that very strange. Prior to the purchase, I had enquired about the price from every single single dealer in Pune and all of them gave me near identical prices. Even the online prices on flipkart etc were around 28 K for the camera body plus 18-55mm lens. So I decided to buy it from the dealer closest to my residence and in Pune so that ASS issues are minimised.

Day 1 - Pune/Mumbai to Ahmedabad
Day 2 - Ahmedabad to ROK to Nal Sarovar (Night Stay)
Day 3 - Nal Sarovar - Vadodara - Daman
Day 4 - Daman - Pune
