1) Knuckle protection is really essential , Buy one, chk out DSG and cramster.
2) Budget jacket starts from 4000Rs brands - Scoyko , DSG , Cramster ,R-jays and others ( in increasing order of prices).For time being Use Elbow guards with thick jacket.

Jacket is way out of my means now....
I can spend max 1k for ride gears at the moment..
I was planning to get knee and elbow guards, and try for a glove with knuckle protection..

So will Hoodies with elbow guards suffice??

1K is too less. Decent golves will cost 1K. Have a budget of around 3K for gloves, elbow/knee guards

I have been waiting for scoyco riding pants for months now.but still not available.
So i went for DSG riding pants but they dont have my size.

I have been visiting DSG time and again but in vain.waiting for riding boots since jan.stock arrival keeps postponing.now its end of july!!!

Anybody has DSG's working mobile number?

Dont hurry up buddy . Even if you miss some rides , go for quality gears. Save some stash & buy it .

Just one query: Are riding boots compulsory? Or will tough woodland shoes do? I do of course have all the other required gear (riding jacket - DSG Nero , full face helmet, knee guards, hard knuckle gloves)

e. Riding Boots/Sports Shoes/Army Boots: Anything that covers the foot well.

So, NO, Riding boots are not compulsary.
