Yes a proper running in would be done. Expecting delivery on Thursday.Originally posted by niranjanvaidya View PostAlthough I'm pretty sure that I am traveling on Sunday, you can put my name down in the tentative list; just in case my travel plans are canceled.
Would be coming on the Ninja!
@Eshan: The R15 is a pretty good choice!! Congrats once again and enjoy. Just don't forget a proper running in.sigpic

Hi all!!
I was wondering if you all would allow a kid like me into the tribe... ??
Also considering the fact that i will probably have the smallest displacement bike in the group... and the fact that xBhp_Pune almost exclusively consists of experienced senior members.. seems that i have little chance of getting in..
If given the chance, i will be regular in meets and rides, and will try my best not to let anyone down..Trying to make ends meet....

Regarding safety gears,Originally posted by Eshan-P180 View PostThats alright. Make sure you have your safety gear. Check page one of this thread.
I have a few queries
i) I have a riding glove, not a half-glove, but nothing too fancy either.
Do i need the special plastic reinforced gloves? as in the ones with knuckle protection?
ii) About the riding jacket, i have next to no idea. All i know that i dont have one, and cannot afford to spend a huge amount on money on one either. Any idea where i should get it from and for what price?Trying to make ends meet....

Is it necessary to carry your passports for a ladakh tour? A colleague of mine asked as he is planning to do the same on his Bull350 this July. As I am not enough qualified to answer this, I request the recently Leh'd persons to reply on this.

1) Knuckle protection is really essential , Buy one, chk out DSG and cramster.
2) Budget jacket starts from 4000Rs brands - Scoyko , DSG , Cramster ,R-jays and others ( in increasing order of prices). For time being Use Elbow guards with thick jacket.sigpic
