Beautiful lines from a documentary on The Isle of Man TT...
There are other few lines explaining difference between Circuit and road racing. The example given is also pretty lively.

People often ask, ”Why do you road race?" Because circuit racing is fast, you can get a buzz, but it's not the same. Circuit racing is rock climbing with a rope. It's dangerous. But there is some room for error You slip, you fall, you've got a rope. Road racing is like free climbing. You know you're climbing up that same mountain, you're on a course, but there's no room for error, If you make a mistake it's, it's going to be, you know... Well, it could be serious injury or worse.

And this goes true about TT, NW200, Ulster and recently concluded Macau GP.

Edit: This was said by Cameron Donald The Australian TT Rider in Closer to the edge.

                  • A wonderful dhaba G2G last evening. Lots of laughter, friendly leg-pulling and of course, butter, handi and tandoori chicken. The CBRs, P200 and Ninjas on display were great.

@Revvrend - do let me know about your Air Force and GMAT/GRE plans.

I am returning to Rajkot tomorrow and will be back for New Year's Eve. Lets hope to plan another one then.

                      • Hi,

The rear wheel hub of my Machismo 500 has decided to give way after 40000 Kms of use and abuse.

One of the guys at my mechanic's workshop tells me that I can just get the rear hub replaced.
However, I have seen that the rim is also rusting from the inside.

                        My questions:
                        1. Is it safe to replace a hub with another?
                        2. Should I go ahead and replace the whole wheel instead? In this case, is it possible for me to buy the hub and spokes and build it on my own?

For any of the above solutions, can someone guide me to a reliable shop where I can be sure of getting a good product.

                        Thanks
