I didn't know that either. I thought, its one year and the odo readings don't matter. I got it in 5 months after I asked a "Mama" on the road. 
About the rules, I'm glad they're implementing the "Crossing zebra crossings" while waiting at signals and etc.
Back at my place, the rules are very strict. You have to be 3 feet behind the zebra crossing otherwise the Camera captures you. Jumping a signal can cost you Rs 45,000. Riding/Driving without RVM/ Side view Mirrors, broken tail lights, headlight not working, no front bumper can be heavy on your pocket.
Its, good such things are being practiced here too in whatever small way.

when i ride bullet before my bullet was solid condition but i once race with a Ceilo car and my engine size. mechancic say bullet is good bike but no racing. it is good for three people and very powerful.
one day when i become rich i but ducati and then I race with cars. not now.

Its a small script that analyses posts, members and current state of thread and some confedential parameter to detect if a joke\comment is safe to be posted on the forum.
