All those who don't like Roopali as G2G venue are requested to suggest other venues to our G2G baba at least 3 days in advance. They are also required to submit -

1. Photographs of the venue clearly outlining parking space, rain cover etc.
2. Scanned image of menu card with prices
3. Copies of VAT, CST, Service tax registration
4. Affidavit by the owner that he will not kick out non eating / drinking members.
5. Photographs of place where helmets, jackets can be kept (special security guard required for these items)

Then the G2G committee will need to visit this place, taste all the items on the menu (of course complimentary) to judge whether it is up to xBhp standards or not and then only a decision can be reached.

Anyone not able to provide above, refrain from posting alternate venues.


Edit : Also at least 3 members within 5 km radius of the venue should present an affidevit that they will be present ON TIME for each G2G held at that venue.

Requirements earlier not known to me but with proper guidance from Rockrz, correcting now -

6. A scanned report of the vastu of the place.
7. An affidavit on a 100rs bond paper that the establishment will pay if any of the items get stollen
8. An statement in any 3 local newspapers that xbhp members will be given a flat 22.38% discount and any further referals will attract higher dioscounts.
9. The conveyance from doopali to the new place will be deducted form the bill at the time of payments

Since you senior guys had finalised this venue long before I joined xBhp, I firmly believe that you must have done all the above checks before finalising this venue.

By seeing the list of things required for migrating a new place, no-one would be able to get that much analysis done!! And yeah, we didn't do so much "research" just to finalise the venue..we just "did it"!

I am not scared of anyone or anything but I don't want to take credit of what senior experienced riders say.
