Just one query, Does using after market handle grips helps to ride easily in traffic as compared to the stock handle grips for R15 or any other super sports bike?

P.S.: The above statement is a personal opinion. No offends to any R15 owners intended. I was trying to not mince words.Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Yes it does (and this I say for most general machines)
- Dampen Shocks
- Dampen Vibes
- Ease the grib by cushioning it
But yeah they are not substitute for wearing a padded glove, and or use steering dampners

Dude install grip covers...Helps a lot!! get it for like 30Rs. Pretty smooth, they can be installed right on top of your current grips. Look out for sponged ones. They are comfortable. Try em out, not gonna cost much either. OK but i think i cant order the simota air filter in pune and i spoke to joel he is giving me long list of other things which i dont wanna mess with my stock engine. So time being i think using handle grips over stock ones will be a better option.

^ DUDE Antz took it a different tangent. The grips do not relate to the torque factor at all, I wonder why Antz brought it up in the first place! But it did bring out a new tangent to the discussion

Changing the front sprocket is an easy to do hack and not really a engine tampering thing (unless you plan to plonk in something that alters the gearing behaviour itself (typically in a lawman scene of like 4-5 extra tooths!)
Find and install a lower profile rear tyre\rim may be

And its obvious that padded gloves is the best thing you can get if you want to reduce the load on your palms.
The other option is to modify your riding position accordingly so that you do not put pressure on your back and wrists while riding.
For more info on how you can attain the optimum riding position (which can even help you get through with a SS1600 without a back/ wrist ache) refer to the article on page #34 on this e-mag
