Destination is not yet decided.
It'll be decided basing on the political situations in the state.
Lakhnavaram, Srisailam are the most probable destinations as of now.

A relative of mine stays there, according to him there is not much of a change. Infact he suggested this is a very good time to visit.

220KM one-way implies 440KM to&fro. Remember the destination is proposed after taking the one day riders into consideration!!

Thats about 10kms.more than the distance my bike goes before falling into reserve.
If this is the final plan, I'm in-27th is Sunday&I'm free to ride. Please add my name to the Day 2 riders list.
I think we will start by 6 a.m.&join you guys at Lakhnavaram by about 10:30 a.m. I think we all can have lunch together&start back. Looking forward to the ride!

Again a Telanagana Bandh itseems.

I suggest change of destination from Lakhnavaram to Srisailam.
Here is an idea which i got.
There will be 2 sets of riders. 1st Set being overnight stay riders & the 2nd Set being one day riders.
On 26th the riders of 1st Set will ride till Nandyal having breakfast most probably at Jedcharla then visiting Pillamarri at Mahbub Nagar on the way. After reaching Nandyal have lunch and then start for Mahanandi & Ahobilam. Then come back to Nandyal, have dinner and retire for the day.
On 27th the 2nd Set riders will start from Hyderabad to Srisailam. 1st Set riders also start for Srisailam at almost similar times and reach Srisailam which will be the rendezvous point.
From there ride back to Hyderabad.

What do you guys say?
If this plan is materialized iam joining overnight riders.

Again another bandh. I dont think Ill get to see my college again (Today was supposed to be day 1 of my semester) HUGE lines for petrol till 12. Got my car tanked up earlier at like 9 and my friends bike tanked up without any wait a few minutes back.

That site is a stonker! Lol. They dont have bmx so I hate it But look at the mtbs! Hot drool maal and so pricey! Happy shopping Prabhakar

So is it srisailam pakka on 26th? I want to join but am skeptical about the fuel thanks to the bandh.

Is the ride still on even after the bandh&petrol problem? I had planned to get my bike serviced on Friday (its been 4.5K kms.)&only if that is done I can make it for the ride-I checked the engine oil&its life is over. Count me out mostly.

My bike needs servicing too, its 2500km.
Needs oil change, front tyre change, rear tyre's tube change. Horn connection repair, pass light switch repair, handle straightening and a washing!!

Main things need to be done are oil change and water wash, rest can be done later.

And yeah! it needs petrol!!! I just have 1 liter in it before it hits reserve. I was doing a FE test!! My bad did not fill petrol when there was an opportunity!!

Why a hasty decision?? Get the oil changed and water wash. You can get these things done. Check your manual for the grade/type of the oil and buy it.

Guys, some one is saying that section 144 is imposed in this region till 30th December. Now I think we should consider to go for the ride or not!!

Sriasailam sounds good, but mind you that we will be going via Naxals area and Naxals expressed their support of Telanagan Bandh. We are in a fix!!
