Hii friends... long time eh!
My classes took up most of the time... anyways am free now for the time being so will meet up someday.
Whats been happening lately? And oh.... the temp. is heating up and so is may 4th eh?? :P

+1 to that. Try Suryalanka Beach, its really good. Bhavani Islands Resort is also another good location not too far away from there. We combined both in one trip.
Make bookings in advance!

Just to add >>> Suryalanka Beach (about 75km from South of Guntur town and 9 km from Bapatla) is about 350 km from Secunderabad. It is located close to Bapatla in Guntur District. Road Options :

Route1: Hyd-->Chitya-->Tipparti-->Miryalguda-->Narsaraopet-->Chilakaluripet-->Chirala-->Bapatla-->Suryalanka = 324 KM

Router2: Hyd-->Chityal-->Tipparti-->Miryalguda-->Narsaraopet-->Guntur-->Ponnur-->Bapatla-->suryalanka = 340Km

Route3: Hyd --> Vijayawada -->Guntur --> Bapatla -->Suryalanka =350K

Route 4: - Nagarjuna Sagar - Macharla - Negarkal route

On the day of Easter me and few of my non xbhp friends rode to Medak and visited the church and fort. Ride was fun filled apart from a puncture to a unicorn (pushing it around in the heat was ) and did about 200+ km on odo.

Then on wednesday me, Nikhpaul and a non xbhp member rode to YADAGIRIGUTTA, SURENDRAPURI, BHONGIR FORT, and KOLANPAKA - 250 odd km on the odo. The 2000 year old Jain temple at Kolanpaka is a must
visit.

Yesterday me, TnT, Nikhpaul and 4 other non xbhp members rode to Bidar and deropped in at the fort and museum. On the way back did few km of off roading in a Forest sanctuary and locals chased us away while we were busy climbing mango trees to feed our apetite . On the return journey, we made it to Medak and cooled off at Manjeera dam. Complete off roading and the roads are difficult terrains. Had to ride throgh sluggish mud, water bodies and mud roads filled with thorns. Over all did about 350 odd kms on the odo. Accepted that temperatures are at a high around this time but its challenging to push the limits of body and machine under tremendous conditions. Keep riding, heat or no heat . Peace

As KP said, there are lots of small items that can be brought, like bungee nets, cords, balaclavas, I even saw Fox protectors for cheap at ProBiker.

Riding to Mahabubnagar either tomorrow or day after morning. Going over to get a look at the 700 year old Pillalamarri Tree, stretching over 3 acres. Also believe there is an aquarium, a small zoo and an archealogical museum nearby. If anybody interested to join in, please let me know. Will leave at 6:30 am and would be back by noon.
