Yes bro, you are absolutely right P220 is the only Indian bike with hi-power projector headlamps. This is the only feature which made it unique in the whoe pulsar series. Dont know what Bajaj will bring in the next pulsar. Maybe a 4-valve P220

i'm waiting for a 250 cc 4 vale parallel twin motor for the next P220

if u ask me,many of the vibe issues have been sorted out in the 2010 model,some exist but are just like the common vibes which u get from any bike when revved very hard..the only place the 'faring' actually vibes is the speedo which vibrates at the bottom end where it meets the frame but is not attached to it.. bajaj have given it a rubber damper but a bit of double sided tape will solve the prob.. also the 's' is a bit slower than the 'f' and u'll definately loose the 220 exclusivity if u get the 's' cause it looks exactly same as the 150 for a normal viewer..

Went to the probiking zone today and even the guys over there told me that the 2010 P220F doesnt have any vibe'z problems and even the clutch has been refined!!!

no,the clutch prob was present in the eairlier models(donno wether fi or carb)
known as one way clutch whic used to break off or something.. this page will give u all the info u need...

Lets wait for May to end and we'll have lots of rides and g2g's for sure

Need some help guys, I'm planning to take out the rear suspension of my RTR and planning to fix a mono suspension.. Is it worth if i change it. Where can i get this done? And planning to take out my front dome put up a round shape headlights with HID.

Pls suggest me ASAP. Thanks.

Need Help guyzzz.....I own an FZ16 im thinking of getting the p220, but wondering which one to go for the F version or the street version!!! The only thing that's keeping off p220F is the gossip about the vibs in the faring!!!

Does the faring really have a vibration problem?? and do the 2010 versions have the problem??
any fix for it??

Vibrations and 220 go hand in hand. (Just test ride Sam's 220) Anyway, my vote is for the 220S. Simple reasons being, less pricing, stunning street fighter looks of the P200, no fairing means no vibrations, less weight refers to a slight edge in terms of top end, and incase of a fall or slide, less money to be spending on plastics. For me P220S is easily the best looking bike in the country right now. DEAD HOTT (Personal Opinion). I do agree that you have to let go of the Projectors, however do mind that both 220s and the Faired version share the same battery and so you can upgrade the bulbs from the existing 35W to a 55w without any load.

All said and done, in your post you mentioned that your heart is with the F version, then dont think further you already have your answer. Go for it

And 220 exclusivity...ahhh, cmon mate is it all about how many people stare at your bike and how exclusive it is. I think there is plenty more than that

Bike is good. Less vibes, No need to worry about them. Had a test ride on my friends P220F. Booked the misty grey P220F from Probiking begumpet. waiting for the delivery. All the other colors are available and PBK guys are able to deliver the bike at the moment except this misty grey.

You saying you want to have the g2g at the auto expo and at the same time you stating that you want to meet up in the morning ? How is that possible ??? Auto expo is open from 12 in the noon to 8 :30 in the evening. Hence the g2g has to be in the evening hours.
