@ rock shock - this is wat happens when ppl give suggestions to others without proper facts - the 220 s is slower from 0to60 by.1 than the 220 f,the top speed is way less than the 220f and u would have knone these if u had tested or raced against each other.. i'm 6'2 and weigh the + side of 90,and had a drag with a 220s near runway9,and never was he beside me and the gap kept increasing as we speeded on.. both of our bikes r new and that guy was med built and a bit short as well.. and abt the exclusivity,the only pulsar that doesn't look exactly the same as every other pulsar in the market now would be the 220f,thanx to it's faring and is the only indian bike with projectors whicch,if u ask me is one of the coolest thing to have cause of the spread and the road illumination chars.. and the vibes are not at all a prob in the 2010 batches,they r just like any other bike at high rev's and yes a small strip of double sided tape below the speedo would be enough..

Hey about the tires, the 220 now comes with IRC tyres, look killer, but i wonder how they perform....
@ALL: yeah about the G2G, its better we have it @ HICC only @ dawn, would be better...... and preferably on Saturday as every one would be free.... what say????

Bro .. do not worry abt the IRC in P220.. i just got my P220 this week.. and it sticks to the road like a glue.....
one major drawback i felt (from being a P180 owner) was the lack of flexibility... twisting and flicking is a tad harder in a P220.
But if you're not a major sneaky mover in the traffic... you should do good on a P220.
i'll love to join all you guys in my first G2G

Be easy with your words boi, Iam glad that you have your facts (so called testing n racing at medchal road) 220S slower than 220F from 0-60. On what basis or Facts you saying that ? And top end way leser......please elaborate. You claim you have done testing and racing against the two variants. Great !! I knw people who have beaten 220's in races with P200's and 180's ....does that mean they are technically faster. lol Just because you beat somebody on your 220F against a 220S, do not call it testing or ome with your figures of facts and top speed etc. Bajaj claims a true speed of 144kmph as top speed for both the variants in question. Just for an example R15, how much does it vib at high revs..huhh...and the very fact that you yourself mentioned the double sided tape itself is a witness to the fact that vibrations does exist and a lot of 220 owners are pretty much irked by it.
About the exclusivity bit, no point in even arguing. If people are buying bikes for exclusivity and dosent want any other similar bike to look the same, then i have no words. (Better get the Ninja for a beginning, pretty exclusive at least fr a year or so)

i had a proper drag race and the result was the 220s was behind me...
ooohhh,and don't start abt the r-15.. 1.15lc for a 150.. and of course it wont vibrate.. it shouln'd when u pay so much for it..this is one of the hottest topic arnd.. the vibes r minimal and i'm sayin that again,they the same vibes that u get when u revv any other indian bike...u'll hardly notice them.. and all these 220 owners ur talkin abt have the 2010 batches,do they?? did u own either of the 2 ??and of course the f will wayyy more exclusive than a 220 lookin like the heighest sellin 150 in the country..cause all that torque and power will definately overwhelm u.. go for the 220f bro as u have ur heart on it.. and abt the tyres,get the zappers if u can get them,or else it's ok with the other tyres too..Last edited by Dogg; 05-13-2010, 12:03 PM.RED BULL did'nt give me WINGS, my BIKE did !!

I read somewhere about a G2G at AutoExpo, which appears to be quite not possible considering everyone having their own priorities and may not have same schedule to come to the show....So as usaual I think it will be scattered once again!

guys on the way to office today my eyes caught a new honda....
the name described honda unicorn dazzler...... it was one in black..... was not able to have clear look of the bike... i think it was on its way to the expo..... it was looking like a baby unicorn.........
