Ya, congo shashi!

And no anna. Shashi already decided to go with red....but we started confusing him just for fun sake:P

According to the sales guy this bike does 0-60 in 2.69secs and its the fastest accelrating bike in southeast asia! During run in one should'nt cross 20kmph for the 1st 1500kms as per the company, but he was kind enough to allow us to ride till 35kmph. And as per him every services would cost between 1500-2500 rs.

We just listened to him carefully and said thx n came out of the showroom imm.



PS - I picked up shashi's Zma for my bro! Now RTR is entirly mine

my friends and me are planing to go on a trip to srisailam.
could any one plz guide me about the way.. how are the roads, what precautions and measures we should have to take and keep in mind....

and how long it will take? we are starting from mehadipatnam ....

i haven't been on long road bike trip!!

The road to Srisailam is pretty good, though its double lane. You need to majorly look for dogs, & sudden speed barkers. It becomes worse especially just before & after Krishna Bridge. It has taken some 4 to 4.5 hours with breaks last time when we went.

Though the roads are empty, you need to be extremely watchful for dogs.

One more point that you missed Satti :

Showroom doesnt guarantee u even a mileage of 5kmpl for the first 1000kms. After run in we can expect 30+

Hi All,

wow its so refreshing to be able to get back to my fav site and thread, feels like I am home.

I am in Jeddah(Saudi Arabia) and this totally seems like a 4-wheeler country - of course for the weather. But then I have seen a few BIKES - if any of U guys remember the Ind-Suzuki - yes, I have seen a few of them and then saw a cpl of busas crusing on the highway and once in the city a cpl of bikes - good thing, they were in full gear. I have heard about a few places where bikers do assemble on the weekends etc. probably will get to see them once I settle down.

Okay a teaser - if converted to Indian Rupees, a liter of petrol here costs Rs 3.50/- no wonder I have only seen buses and trucks running on petrol. some SUVs here will make look even a scorpio/safari and the likes look like a 800 LOL

it mite be some time b4 I can lay my hands on a two wheeler here but till then I will try and be more regular here to quench the thirst
